You have to link it, I think there’s a slightly longer delay than trying to do the same combo in SF4.
I think I’ve won like 2/3 of my matches but that’s because people don’t know how to play against Remy lol.

As Ryu says in one of his victory quotes: “A defeat learned from is more important than an empty victory.”
Watch those replays, find out what you lost to, and then set a recording dummy to do it over and over again until you can punish it on reaction.
I desperately need to work on my parrying and building meter. It’s fun but my Urien is going to keep getting bodied for a long while haha
My friend at work is playing Remy, and I want to shoot myself in the face every time I play him. How dare you put other people through this miserable fate.
I’ll see after buying it this weekend and practicing some Oro shit.
before I stopped playing 3S I was trying to learn Makoto so I guess that’s why I main her now, it would serve me well to learn the matchups accordingly. In some matches I hold it down but others people just run straight through me lol.
I tend to play really annoying characters.
Don’t play against JP players at 6am in the morning. It doesn’t work out well. I went from 48/52 to 52/65 or something in like 15 minutes. Luckily I found a room in Player Matches that wasn’t filled with 8 people, so it was easy to get in games with some good players that don’t lag.
Immense Lag + Sleepy + Unsafe Playstyle + JP Opponent = Not Fun
At least you guys can say that you aren’t this bad.

All Xbox users replays are uploaded to one dedicated channel (unfortunately) so you get to see how a lot of these guys are doing.
Edit: Neither of these players is me.
i have problems with anti airs and air to airs.
i play urein
any tips ?
Maybe I’m too new to 3s, but I’m not sure of the reason for the Sean strategy starting from about 1/2 way through the first round and lasting until about 15 seconds into the second. The “appearing to be afk” strategy is new to me. Is that some high level mind games?
@ Ecko…Cancel c.HP to regular or EX headbutt. Charge down then stand up immediate s.MP to headbutt or EX headbutt. Dash under throw. s.LP x 2 to LP tackle. s.HK once they drop lower to the ground can work also.
The guy said in the comments that his pad batteries died. So I guess he changed his batteries during the match and still won.
I just won my first match. Ken Vs. Q. The Q was pretty good, except he started getting predictable with that charge dash move.
SO THAT MAKES MY RECORD NOW!
1W-34L
WOOP
Playing nothing but MvC3 the past 6 months has me constantly trying to do chain combos. I also seem to have a problem doing a double QCF on a stick so I actually had to do some trials on a pad.
I just got a 5 game win streak in ranked today! Some people are just scrubbier than me. A LOT of Kens so far.

How the fuck am I rank 4.
Round 1 was ass, and I don’t want to talk about it. Round 2 was only a little better. Shout outs to SF4 timing @0:47 for the simple J.HP > CR.HP > HK Tatsu, that shit don’t run in 3rd Reich. And I did a badly placed Denjin at the end. I’m going to play with Ryu’s SA1 more before I try Denjin again.
You’re already learning the game well.
Win = Taunt
And I can lie that it’s for the recovery boost!
I just wanna stress again how much I hate Gill.
I almost got the cheevos for making it through Arcade mode without losing a round. Even managed to get a perfect on Q! Then, I have to credit feed Gill 3 fucking times.
Everybody talks about “SNK Boss Syndrome”, but ya know what? In most boss scenarios with SNK games, it’s 3v1. This is a 1v1 game, there’s no excuse for this.
At least SFA3 Bison would do his Lv3 Psycho Crusher at the very start of the round and the rest of the fight was pretty livable.
i am one of the sf4 generation so this has been a tuff switch excecution wise. i have beat the game through then played a couple matches with akuma then ken then alex then remy then urien. i went 1-13 till i got to urien now i am 5-15…i just wish i had an option to keep his suit on.
