Houston man faces 180 days in jail for OVERpaying his child support and visiting his son too much?

K. I thought so. Just making sure you were as much as an idiot as I am.

MISANDRYYYYYYYY!!11!!! GO GO SRK MAN SQUAD

What the fuck does this even mean.

Izzat right? Where do you work?

That you also have your head as far up your ass as the next person.

Then start packin’ 'cause it’s gonna happen. As a matter of fact…pray.

Man gets locked up for payin’ his CS in full? I ain’t da least bit suprised.

Tonight…you?

So you’re complaining about dumb stereotypes made about one group of people holding a certain set of views, then make up your own ones

Huh

Yep. It was meant to be hypocritical. Generalizing groups of people never goes anywhere (other than absolutely meaningless back and forth in which ends with them either thinking they won the argument or that they’ve so belittled their opponent(s) that they come away with the belief they are more intelligent) and I was illustrating that point. It was effective enough that I got some passive aggressive douche to call me an idiot for an ideology he believes in.

My reaction (or post), and his subsequent reaction (or post) were the same fucking thing, except he tried to play it off like he was fucking Plato or something and he was imparting down divine wisdom to the unworthy. No, he was calling someone an idiot and I would have at least respected him had he said it plainly the first time. Something to the tune of “You’re a fucking idiot”. I would have responded “Oww that kinda fucking hurt. Why am I an idiot?” and then he could have listed his reason(s) and I MAY have given his reasons credence depending on how my ego took it, but no promises.

Back to the main point, again yes I did it, but truthfully? It was because I had gotten so ticked off that I edited that bit in there to undermine the position he was arguing for. And for that, I apologize Ginyu, I didn’t have to generalize like that either. Specs can Eat A Dick tho.

No problem. At the end of the day we all want Equality and realize that society is messed up in regards to sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, etc, it’s just a matter of how to fix it.

Give me a chance, Frank. :coffee:

Feminism tends to garner such hatred, largely due to the fact that its agenda is in its name.

Feminists are not about equality any more than the Aryan Brotherhood is.

Coming from an outside perspective, I personally find the MRA movement to be an interesting subject.

It started with, and in all probability will survive due to the efforts of the homosexual male community.

Y’know - the males who cannot be shamed, brow-beaten, pussy-whipped, or else-wise led by millions of years of genetically engineered sexual instincts, into submission and subjugation to women.

Well if we wanna believe all feminist are those that are bug fucking nuts and all MRAs are saints sure.

Wait what was it that happened at that college Assault hotline? Oh yeah.

you keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Azure going full retard over what he thinks feminism is? Shocker.

Discussions/Arguments about any -isms generally don’t go well, because both sides of the argument believe they are right and it’s impossible to disprove a belief unless said person(s) are open to being disproven. Which is not often the case.

Also, when the fuck did feminism take on such a broad term (They work for all gender equality now? How is this feminism? How does this work? 90% of the community works on female issues while the other 10% help the LBGT and men community? Is that seriously how it works? How does this not dilute the original core message of female equality when the movement no longer recognizes itself as the primary force for females? And if that is the case, that feminism is still the go to for helping solve female issues, then why tack on the all genders bit? Political Correctness?)?

To the original question: Was this before or after the misandrists who identified themselves as feminists started giving them a bad name?

There’s a lesson in this somewhere.

Said it before, saying it again: it’s like Stupid is a disease.
