Well yeah, I mean you guys have a point. There’s the cup (House), and then there’s the empty space inside it (other normal-people characters). Thank goodness for the empty space inside cups! coffee and drinks would have no place to go without that empty space. It’s all so Tao. Call me crazy, but I still think it’s really all about the cup. I might take the empty space more seriously if they were a little less superaccomodating.
Burn Notice is really cool, much better than any House episode I’ve seen. With Burn Notice, he speaks directly to you and you get very practical advice on how to be a spy.
btw in your quote, just a friendly suggestion but you might better better yourself if you get defeated. If you are the one doing the defeating, that just means your opponents are letting you get away with all the mistakes you are making, and you’re both none the wiser.
I’m not so much being prompt as I am browsing SRK a lot because I need to learn a ton about SF4 asap. Tournament this weekend and I’ve only ever played once.
Cameron has taken 4 whole seasons and a bit into season 5 (+ unseen time with former lover) to let go of her past lover.
It’s not so much that the show itself keeps points, it’s more like it’s really easy to remember when someone other than House gets the stare at some unseen object for a few seconds epiphany. Chase has got it twice in 3 seasons, Cuttner (Kuttner?) has got it twice in 1+ seasons. Others are at a 0 (however, Foreman did get at least one when he was separated from House, and another where he worked on a separate case from House).
Wilson mains Cancer, but he does talk to the patients sometimes nicely, as does House rudely. Neither approach seems inherently better than the other at diagnosing.
I say you’re wrong because you are wrong, that’s all. Whatever things you got right, I don’t comment on, because what would be the point?
Btw I didn’t say that House only talks to people he respects. In fact, I don’t think I touched respect at all. Someone else must have said that.
I’m just arguing the things you’re getting wrong, man.
Damn son. I pray you are joking around with all these posts, because that is the most ignorant shit I ever heard on Superman of characters. Old boy doesn’t kill and before the authority I assume you mean the Golden Age, all that fool do was jump very high.
And if I am any character in House it is the black Mormon that got fired but seriously, why not start a thread on overrated TV shows instead of attempting to hijack a relatively quiet one?
Superman really was a dick: http://superdickery.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=37&Itemid=6

As mentioned, I had heard about that from the comic book store owner I knew years ago, and as I said it wasn’t just the covers; he really did bad guy things in the pages of the story itself too for no other reason than to abuse his power. Sorry to break it to you, but that’s just the way it was. Anyway you’re right, I have a lot to say about TV misenjoyment in general that I could make an entire new thread- House is relatively not as bad. But fans of DOIs just need to be told sometimes.
Why do you care so much if you find so much to dislike? House is a TV show. Different flavors for different people. We don’t need to get told anything. Get over it. Let’s get this thread back on track.
Ok. Ultimately it’s up to you to watch it. But if anything I thought you people would appreciate it since that’s what you tune in to when you watch House- all the dissent going on.
Who said that’s what we tune in to watch House for?
It’s only what you’re accusing us of watching House for, which again is a different thing.
Currently watching Monday’s episode ever since my ISP finally got around to giving me good speeds again (for a short while, at least). Those 13 heels are killer.
So, I liked last nights episode. We’re seeing “a new House”. Even going out of his way to let Cuddy know she’s got a stunning ass in a way that only he could and even letting Wilson know that despite House being House, he still has hi support when he needs it. That’s big. It’s going to suck when Lisa and James have sex and House is all sad.
My dad was fucking crying during the MRI scene. I would DEFINATELY bang Cuddy over 13. 13’s head is so huge that if she were to go down on me, my already insignificant manhood would be completely eclipsed.
Overall, I liked the episode. I figured theyw ere setting up for a “nicer” House because of all the shit the show has gotten recently for House’s attitude. I do think they have played up the “House is a jerk” angle a bit too much. He went from know-it-all jerk to just plain mean at times.
I missed the very last minute of the show. Could anybody tell me what happened? Did Taub come back in with some donuts and bear claws like House joked when Taub was quitting?
IS House new this Monday? I saw the preview last week claiming it was new, but it was obviously not. Same for the TV guide listing for tonight… Just wanna make usre I don’t miss an actual new episode…
