Sanwa JLF.
All HRAP and HRAP of Special Addition have Sanwa JLF-TP-8 or JLF-TM-8.
HRAP of Special Edition of course have Seimitsu LS-32 or LS-32-01.

ok cool. then i guess i will buy the arcana heart 2 stick rather than the tekken 5 stick. thanks jdm
I think the HRAP 2 Amazon exclusive is their last one and it seems it’s been discontinued now. I managed to import a couple and was thinking of importing a couple more but decided to hold off on it. The VERY NEXT DAY I see it runs out on Amazon Japan with no indication that they’re getting anymore.
are any of the ps3 hraps common ground?
They all are… you could have just asked me again :V
They all are.
Oh I thought you weren’t positive
EDIT: And some of the xbox ones aren’t iirc so that kinda threw me off
None of the Xbox 360 ones are.
Only PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3.
Mkay cool thanks
is the top panel of the hrap ex different from the ex-se. i remember reading somewhere else that they used a scratch resistant material on the ex-se. can anyone who owns a ex-se confirm this?
got the ps3 se and its just as prone to scratches as a regular hrap
Nah, I was trying to make a joke and failed, haha :v
The EX-SE uses a really thin plastic film on the top surface of the top panel. It scratches easily also (atleast it did for me). I removed the plastic film on my HRAP EX-SE and its now an all matte surface. It picks up fingerprints and hand prints very easily now.
hmm, i thought there were 2 versions of this, the japan and us versions, and the us version has a scratch-resistant top panel. some have said that theres didnt even come with a protective film.
I have the US version, and its not a “scratch resistant” top panel. Its the same as the Japan version only with a glossy protective film which is very very thin and very well secured. Only way I was able to tell it was a plastic film was because mine came with a slight defect where the film was coming off under one of the top panel screws. Also when I scuffed the surface I saw that it was matte underneath, so I decided to remove the film (which was a pain in the ass to remove).
ahh, makes sense. thanks for clarifying that up for me
Closest you can get to an actual Vewlix arcade panel outside of ripping out one from a real cabinet. Even opens up like real thing.
It is a tad pricey for a 1P stick though (especially after shipping).
Im thinking of buying a hrap3 sa from japanvideogames what is the difference between these two sticks?
