Thanks man, I’ll ask about those to Per :woot:
This is hopefully a relatively easy question to answer… I own a black and grey HRAP3 (with the orange buttons). Does the newer white and grey HRAP3 (with the white buttons) have the same size and position rectangular cutout for the PS3 buttons? I’m asking because my HRAP3 has four large grey buttons in that section, but I noticed the newer HRAP3s have two large buttons and two small buttons, as seen here:
I just want to know if the custom faceplate I made for my older stick can just drop right into place on the newer strick, or if I’m going to run into trouble. I’m hoping thouse rectangular panels have the same exact position and dimensions.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out.
The HRAP3 and HRAP3 Amazon.jp edition are exactly the same aside from colors.
Oh Im sure these are noob questions…but here goes. A japanese hrap2sa will work on U.S. PS2/3 right? Also, the OP says its not confirmed that the hrap2sa has quick disconnects. Can anyone confirm that?
HRAP2SA does have QD, and yes it will work on US PS2 and PS3 if you have a converter.
Im gonna try and get the inpin. I just wanted to make sure it works for the ps2 out of the box so I can use it immediately. Is there any risk to getting one off ebay? It says new but since Im new to all this idk if fakes are a widespread thing or its rare to have something like that happen.
Play-Asia is offering 15% off current stock, this works for arcade sticks, but follow through fast before they sell out(again) !
Anybody know of a thread?
hmm…I think you can either replace the PCB completely with a 360 PCB or you can try to dual it
here is the link

but I don’t think you can mode a PCB for HRAP 2 to xbox due to the xbox security stuff
Thanks for the link.
any1 no a website where i can buy a hrap 3 for cheap? the one in play asia are sold out and i need one asap. ones i get it i can mod it and put sanwa buttons right? im new to stick and wana learn it and so far im liking sanwa parts.

He lives in Japan and sells HRAP3’s. I believe he has the white ones for sale and maybe a few black ones. His prices are good and shipping is done through USPS.
I just picked up a black one from him yesterday and I already modded it with seimitsu and sanwa buttons  Good guy and quick service. All in all from paying him to delivery took 5 days.
says 160 bucks to nyc. on play asia there 80 bucks.
On Play-Asia, black ones are on back order, who knows when they are getting them in. I live in Los Angeles and the shipping is $54, so $54 and $89 equals $143. He just happened to find some black ones and I liked the look of those better than the white, so I got one of those instead for $145.
White ones cost $120 on Play-Asia + shipping, that would be around $175 but probably more for you since your in NY…
ouch. guess ima have to go with this one. just found it on ebay free shipping to^^

or this one. it already has sanw buttons so i wont even have to mod it. but its ps2. i have a ps2 to usb converter does that work for ps3 and pc?
If I were you I would go for that. Not a bad deal, especially with the free shipping.
As far as the HRAP2:SA, which is what I assume you meant to put in your post, I’m not too sure about converters as I don’t have one of those sticks. On the front page of this thread it says the Pelican Converter works perfectly, is that the kind of converter you have?
Good luck!
i have the radio shack converter. and problem is i only have 120 bucks now. ><
wonder if someone in srk selling there hrap 3 with a nice price
hmm not bad. i live in the ny area so how much would the shipping cost then? bc there also located in the ny area.
