I know this must sound pathetic, but how do you disconnect the quick disconnects? If I apply any more force the buttons will break, so there must be something I’m missing here.
I want to switch L1 with R2 for 3rd Strike and MVSC2 on Dreamcast, so I assume I’m going about this the right way.

Ai-ya… just pull/jiggle them out, but I recommend that you just config your buttons.
I used a flatheaded screwdriver to get the off easier. Just put it in between the connector and button and bend it a little. Works wonders 
Actually, if you’re just going to use the HRAP for the DC, you’re better off using the Innovation, since it maps the buttons properly for the DC.

That looks like the same page from NCSX, and NCSX did try and get some in stock way back in March, but their suppliers didn’t get it to them, some SRK members tried ordering from NCSX too, dunno if they got their refunds though.
As far as i know, the innovation converter hasnt been on ebay for a while

Screw ins and snap ins both work, but I recommend screw ins.
30mm, and 24mm if you want to change your start/select buttons.
Sanwa or Seimitsu, your choice.
