No, no one has any news.
Far as we know no one has these new buttons yet, so please stop asking.
You will know as soon as someone has actually something to share, not before that.

There’s one review on Amazon but the guy only states what we already know, matte plastic and shorter distance to activate the button, we will have to wait until someone actually compares it to other buttons. Even then I’m not feeling a matte button
I’m buying one soon. I can post impressions once it arrives!
Anybody gonna grab the Falcon VLX? I’m planning on it and can’t wait to try these buttons! It looks sexy as hell too!
Falcon are really really great , like seimitsu PS-15 but faster , smoother and more stable + better build…and mat.
Falcon VS PS-15 :
Falcon VS Kuro :
Lets see how they last 6 months later.
Can you tell if Hori has made any changes to the actual switch?
The same Hori switch.
However it travel short , cause of Falcon’s better build.
Seems the perfect mix between the Sanwa OBSF-30 and a Seimitsu PS-15,interesting. Still don’t get why they choose the matte black for them. I like how those “Falcons” looks lower than the Kuros. See ya in June/July then, after the Matte stress test
Is it a thing to call the new buttons “falcon”? I haven’t been checking on them, and kinda understand if people are doing it to avoid confusion with the Hayabusa lever, but feels so weird when almost all the other Japanese buttons and levers are called by their original names. (ie: Sanwa/Seimitsu/Kuro/Hayabusa etc.)
That remains to be seen. Out of the box performance is not a good test for a stick.
Lets see how this stick performs 6 months from now.
I do feel that matte surface is just going to get worn down and look terrible with regular play. Especially since I think they used ABS and not PBT plastic.
You see it all the time on keyboard key caps.
2 months in Japan’s arcade for this “Falcon” butons it’s like 3 or 4 years for my personal use…also i can be confident.
Anyway it will be more resistant than Sanwa 's Obsc for sure.
That is anecdotal at best.
I haven’t heard of “Falcons” being used in arcades.
Reread this thread from the beginning…
edit : In fact some arcade test stars in August 2015

I used them myself. Posted my impressions on the first page.
So this arrived today.

They’ve substantially improved the overall design by cutting off those shitty sharp edges that made double tapping etc a nightmare, plus they’ve lowered the plungers to be roughly on par with Sanwas, but you knew that from the initial shots. They have a substantially nicer tactile feel to them than other buttons I’ve used, and the matte finish makes double/triple tapping EASIER than standard, which isn’t something I expected to say. They are by far the best buttons I have ever used and the only question I have is whether they’ll stay this good forever.
Also I replaced the balltop with a FA Alu balltop and swapped out the spring for a heavier duty one to compensate. Considering that the main complaint re: the Hayabusa is that it feels too loose and flimsy, this tightens it up to the point where it feels super solid. Plus it looks badass with the new balltop.
Thanks for the impressions. Really looking forward to trying these out on my next HRAP.
Do they sell these things separetly?
Accidental double-post
They don’t at the time being.
