Just ordered and received a second Fighting Edge now that I’ve got enough time to get back into fighting games.
As I suspected, the original one I bought (and thankfully, sold) was in fact defective. It’s nice to have a touch panel now that responds to such a light touch lol. On my first stick I was having to actually apply a significant amount of force to get it to register presses (to the point of where sometimes my thumb was necessary to get presses to register, and I’m a reasonably strong guy), so if anyone has a stick exhibiting such behavior and you think it might be screwed up, it probably is.
Looking forward to fixing that stupid mandatory fruity button color scheme on it now that they’re made individual parts available too. It’s a travesty to have this stick any other way but blacked-out.
So my white fighting edge is giving me issues. Randomly, midmatch, it appears to have configured my buttons? When I hold the Config button, it tells me the following:
Square is Square
Triangle is R1
X is Square
Circle is X
R1 is R1
R2 is R2
L1 is L1
L2 is R2
I didn’t config them this way and I have no idea what happened. Anybody have a suggestion?
Did you try to reset the button assignments?
I’ve never used the function before. How so I do that? I don’t have the instructions and can’t find them online.
Is there any way to mod the light so that it’s a different colour?
Just ordered the white FE, literally just heard about the white version a few days ago haha. Does tek-innovations print artwork for the FE ? I shot them an email earlier this week so I’m just waiting on a response 
Can someone do me a big favor? Am in the process of replacing the buttons but I forgot to copy down the wiring layout before unplugging. If anyone has that (by color), it would be very much appreciated

The PCB on my PS3 FE is starting to act up. Sometimes, after pressing start or button change, it locks up everything and I need to replug the stick. I don’t find myself really using the remap feature, so I was wondering if it would be possible to replace the pcb with a a PS360 while still being able to use the start and select buttons on the touch panel. Is this doable?

Just finished dual modding a fighting edge. Its using parts from both the 360 and ps3 version so ALL the functions on the touch panel work on both systems.
Anyone got a clean pic of the underside of both system versions so I can label how to wire up start and select?
You can blame plinking for this stupid ass looking stick. 6 button = Doge, 7 button = Trap, 8 button = Dick, 12 10 button = Lunar Module?
