Couldn’t you just move the wires from the buttons around to make the layout “Controller A/Default” with the remapping issue on the 360 version?
I was talking with Gummo about it and he was telling me how to do it but I decided that I would just bypass the touch panel all together till a true dual mod came out. I didn’t want to take the risk of messing up the board or having to cut anything cause that board costs $200 
So you do mean Select and Start and Configuration Mode and Tournament Mode?
Is that what makes a true Dual Mod when those are included in the Dual Mod?
Good to save the PCB though.

I like the light on rumble activation. Any chance the TE boards have rumble outputs as well?
Basically I didn’t want to mess with the board is what it comes down to. But yes, true meaning everything works with both systems.
If you could PM me the exact way to do it with the board to get the start and select button that would be awesome. Gummo couldn’t remember exactly off the top of his head cause he only did one of them so far. That’s the only reason I didn’t want to mess with it but if you could help me out and tell me exactly what I need off the touch panel to make it work with my PS360+ then I would do it in a heartbeat and be forever grateful. Has anyone swapped the stock stick for a jlf or ls- whichever? If so, am i going crazy or does the stick stand shorter than stock?
to anyone thats replacing their stock stick and buttons, are they willing to sell them? I could use 2 sets for other sticks since I love them so much.
Hori would make a killing if they sold their parts separately.
if anybody wants to help me is from san diego, how long did shipping take? ive had the hardes trouble near mission impossible to order this stick, and hori not putting it on amazon, makes it even harder.
Why is it harder to order from Hori’s site? It only took about a week to get mine in MN.
Here’s what I ended up doin this weekend: I have one for each system and I decided to take two buttons from the PS3 version, take out the four color buttons from the 360 version, and put two black Sanwa buttons in each stick (instead of plugs), so now I have six black kuros in each. It looks better than the colored buttons for sure, though I’m still hoping to buy some black kuros sometime.

I just received my Hori Fighting Edge in the mail today for the 360, and I can’t seem to get the touch screen to work. Can’t access Start/Back, nor go back into Normal Mode.
I plugged the stick into my 360 and well, I can only use the 8 buttons. Read the manual too, I tried holding down on the tournament mode button for several seconds, and nothing. =/
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem before or if I’m overlooking something extremely simple.
It’s not a touch sensitive panel, it’s a pressure sensitive panel which means that you might need to press down slightly harder. This is the same thing I went through when I first got mine. It’s also why my current graphic that I have over it doesn’t have a box cut open for it(you can see it a page back with Labrys on it).
How much was shipping for everyone? I’m on the fence about getting one but I see no option to estimate shipping by entering a zip code or anything.
