I love how people tiptoe around that. I don’t necessarily agree with Arizona’s new policy, but the Federal govt was remiss in its duties. And anyone who says nothing is going on down there hasn’t been paying attention for the past 2 or 3 years.

I wasn’t even thinking of Arizona, per se. But New Mexico, Texas, Florida, California and so on have serious crime levels that are largely bolstered by illegal immigrants. I’m not even one of those “blah blah blah, deport em all!” people, but it’s a fact.

I remember seeing this on the news and I thought about how messed up it was. There was no reason that anyone walking buy couldn’t have called 911 and just stayed in the general area to let them deal with it. Everyone just walked by, it’s a shame really. Anytime you can help someone by just lifting a finger and you don’t is just sad.

Shit, I was driving and saw a dude passed out, face down on the corner and I stopped and dialed 911 and waited for the amberlamps to arrive. There’s no excuse for this kind of shit. People just fucking suck. I gave up 10 minutes of my lunch break to make sure some illegal immigrant wasn’t dead on the corner and I’m no saint… Hell, I didnt even want to touch the guy, I kicked him with my foot to see if he’d respond.
