Hit Box - We so S Tier1!

Another question is what would cost less. Buying a PS3/PC hitbox then buying another PCB and some switching mechanism for the two boards, or a hitbox with a PS360 already in there? Since all I have to go on is that a dual model would run between 180 and 220, a pretty wide range, it’s not easy to decide.

According to the hit box facebook page, people that joined the wait list in late June are putting in their orders now. Unless you’re waiting for a 360/dual mod in which case you’ll be waiting longer.

Ah, that’s good to know. Just making sure I’m not going insane then haha.

Hey ppl Kaeyo is my xbl Gt hit ne up I wanna play other ppl that have the hit box =]

Yeah. I went on the waiting list in early July and I just ordered mine on Friday.

I have a question for the HitBox team:

Are there any known problems or foreseeable problems with the HitBox and converters/adapters? For instance, if I had a PS3 HitBox, a Xbox 360, and a XCM Cross Fire adapter, would there be any problems that would occur?

Hopefully that means my mid July wait list entry will be coming up soon!

So I’ve noticed that shorcut inputs don’t extend to all characters uniformly. Case in point: Fei Long’s “Chicken Wing” and Cammy’s Hooligan Combination. On a hitbox, I’ve gotten to the point of being able to bust out the Chicken Wing pretty easily now but I can’t get the Hooligan Combo to come out even though the input is the same! Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I crazy?

It could be a mental thing running through your head making it so you can’t Hooligan combo.

Anybody else put in an order recently? If so, when did you enter the waitlist?

Alright I have a couple points I wanna make.

Firstly, I would like to point out that customer service was excellent. Every time I sent an e-mail to the guys at HitBox, I would ALWAYS get a reply within 30 minutes. They were very helpful and kind and I really appreciate that.

My second point is that I sent in my order last Thursday and I just received it today. I live in Toronto and they ship it from Nevada, so I was expecting to receive it sometime next week, so you can imagine my surprise when I received it today.

All in all, I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my HitBox and I can’t wait to do more business with them in the future! (Maybe the tournament edition?)

You have the Tournament Edition! Mostly because it’s the only model we make right now.

That’s why, in the future, you guys should make a “Tournament Edition” or something like that. I’d buy it.

I’m having so much fun with my HitBox right now… OK BYE!

Well the size of the box reminds me of the MadCatz SE so maybe make a TE that has a much bigger box for those who want to play with their wrists sitting on something.

Playing third strike on the hitbox when you are used to it is almost not fair…for the other guy…
Having alot of fun with this button pattern…

I wonder how much easier it is to perform this on a HitBox

Is the hitbox team going to do a lesson on 360 and 720s in the future? I really need help on those.

Just got my Hitbox today and I’ve noticed that the most comfortable/effective position is to play it on the floor. You can rest your forearms on your lap and let the wrists dangle from above, making it really easy to play.

Kinda like this…well not exactly but you get the point, play the piano while you’re on the floor:

I foresee a lot of t-rex arms in my future.

I don’t see how having any other position than resting your hands would be less painful than the “piano technique”.
