So earlier today I contacted Jasen from Jasen’s Customs if his new Panzer Fightstick 3.0 had an all button (Hitbox) version. Unfortunately, he does not. However, he said that if people were to show enough interest (~50 people), he would consider making it. With the way things are now, the official Hitbox company has been extremely unresponsive to emails and taking forever to get an order delivered as well as experience software issues with constant 8-minute timeouts. Personally speaking, my friend had to wait more than 3 weeks for an email reply and when the stick arrived, it was 5 months after the order took place. From what I seen and heard, Jasen makes amazing quality fightsticks and I would be excited to grab a Panzer Fight Stick 3.0 in Hitbox form. Is anyone here also interested? They have a recall going on, or you can have a local modder fix it for you.
Hello. I don’t know if there’s already threads for this, i’m really new to the site… but here it is.
I need help with my hitbox. I had just got this delivered to me today, and i tried to work the firmware updates, but the update kept failing when i tried.
Also the L2 and R2 buttons are always active when i try to play games. I tried to work it on my PC as well as my Ps4 and nothing is working as it should.
If anyone can help me out with this, i’ll be grateful. Spent 200 bucks on this thing and nothing is working.
The pre-june Hitboxes got fixed to bypass the ps4 8 min timeout right? Will this fix last forever? Or is it just a temporary solution until ps4 updates itself?
The only way to avoid that is to use an officially licensed controller. Everyone else needs to bypass the security, which is temporary.
Hey guys, Just ordered all the parts to build a hitbox.
Any advice for the building ? I’ll be using a Brook Universal Fighting Board.
And what button layout should I use ? Is the one from Tek-Innovation good ? (Just need the button placement).
Just finished converting my Vewlix to a Hitbox. I was wondering if having no SOCD cleaner in the Hitbox setup is illegal in tournaments in general.
I placed an order with hitboxarcade on Dec25 and have yet to receive any status update and all my emails have gone unanswered. Is this normal for them? Is there any way to reach this company? Is this a scam?
It’s not a scam, it just takes a long time for things to go through with the size of our company and how many things we have going on right now. Please have patience and we will get to you as soon as we can.
It’s good to know the company is legitimate but just slow at the moment. I’ll give it a few more days then…I have two orders but want to cancel one (I only want ps4/pc hitbox not the xbox one). I didn’t get any response from them so I was getting worried. Do you know if they are on track to ship preorders of ps4/pc hitboxes on Jan 4th? Thank you in advance. 
As far as I know everything is on track. You should get a notification when it ships either on or shortly after the 4th.

Hi JohnGrimm, I got an email from Hitboxarcade yesterday that the package with the xbox one hitbox has shipped…that is the one I requested via email for them to cancel. I am trying to avoid having both ps4 and xbox hitboxes and having to send one back. I play primarily on PC. Could you clarify if Xbox hitbox just like ps4 version is compatible with PC? If (and only If) the xbox one hitbox is compatible with pc, what do I need to do ensure that the PS4 hitbox order (estimated to ship on 01/04/17) can be cancelled in time. Thanks in advance. :s
The Xbox One Hit Box does work on PC yes. If you want you can send me a PM with your email and I’ll forward it to Dustin and let him know to cancel the other order.

Has there been any word on the PS4 hitboxes? Shop still says est. ship January 4th.
Hi, I bought a PS4 hitbox for Window SFV. However, It wasn’t recognised on PC initially and a firmware from hitbox arcade’s website (v18) was keep failing to update.
So I tried other Brooks firmware (fighting board v14 and v19). Firmware v14 works fine with direct input, but with v19, ps4 and direct input mode suffer from button permanently firing issue.
I sent emails and photos to solve problems with hitbox, but they didn’t reply me ever since they told me that they have to talk to their technician. I sent several emails last week asking what is going on, yet I didn’t get any reply from Hitbox arcade.
I hope someone in this forum may help me solve my problem.
I want to update my firmware V18 from hitbox or v19 from brooks if possible.(xinput update may handy)
