Hit Box - We so S Tier1!

maybe that’s why my button keeps bugging out, some kind of issue when it goes turbo? I just spent about 10 minutes playing and realized in between the win/loss screen i tend to push all the buttons so maybe i was turning turbo on by accident which was messing with inputs?

worked fine just now

I started having this problem today.

@Dusday

let me know if you continue having the problem after you’ve made sure that you’re not accidentally putting it on turbo

holding start and pressing the button should return ur button to normal, at least thats what i experienced…

Ordered mine a few weeks back but it’s being held up by British customs at the moment (almost 2 weeks now, b*rstards).

Though the last few posts on this page have me rather concerned.

Have been looking for the template for the hit box for a while but haven’t had much luck. I checked marvellous customs as was mentioned on this page, and didn’t find anything.

I’ll see what I can do about making a template and sharing it after my hit box finally arrives.

if you email marvelous, they will most likely provide it.
maybe even Jasen

im trying to get rid of my 360/ps3 hitbox if anyone wants it, its in pretty good condition but im selling it for like half the price i bought it for.

not allowed to sell things with 6 posts

buyers beware

There is a minimum 6 month and 50 post rule before you can sell anything on SRK, and tech talk is not the place for this.
You are only allow to sell in the trading outlet.

At this point yes I agree with ya.

I’ll do so now, thanks.

Hey guys!

I have this Hitbox here: http://www.hitboxarcade.com/products/hit-box-ps3-pc

I was wondering if it’s possible to swap out the PCB for something that’s X-Input and/or PS4 compatible. Anyone know if the PCB is soldered on this thing? (I don’t have access to it right now). I was thinking a PS360+ might work for this? Or would one of the Brooks boards be better for something like this? And do I need to worry about a SOCD cleaner, or do most 3rd party boards have this feature nowadays?

Sorry, I’m a bit of a noob when it comes to stick hardware stuff. I’d appreciate any insight!

It’s not, and yes you can replace it with anything. You can force 360 mode by holding down Y while plugging in and it will be xinput compatible.

Brooks PS3/4 board will do the same, shows up as a 360 board on PC. For easy installation, get the breakout board and harness from PAS.

I feel a strong need to give a special thanks to everyone for their patience and support during the launch of the PS4 Hit Box. It’s been extremely busy and we’re doing our best to make sure everyone gets a Hit Box as quickly as possible and fix any issues along the way.

If I haven’t reached your email yet I’ll be doing my best to catch up with you. Also feel free to send emails again if it’s urgent. I really want to take care of everybody as we work through this. We’re really blessed to have so much support and understanding from all of you.

Thanks Shawn, even though standing 720’s are still impossible for me, you’ve given me a dream.

Do you know if on the PS4 board it’s possible to force PS3 mode when plugging in? That could solve my issue of trying to plug it into an ST board.

No it’s not. I think it’s an upcoming feature of the brook family of pcbs though.

Hey all, I just got my PS4 stick yesterday and like you, I cannot use it in games on PC (Windows 10). Does anyone know if this issue is being worked on by somebody?

@GOGO.Zippy

Just got my PS4 hit box yesterday and will test tonight. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the the buttons on the front are mapped to from left to right? Thanks.
