Hit Box - We so S Tier1!

Not sure what HBA is, but you just need a template and a plexi. Both can be ordered through Marvelous Customs.

Just wanna say thanks to Dustin for endorsing me on the first page! If anyone needs any mods done BEFORE your Hitbox is mailed out to you, you can save a lot of time and money and have it shipped directly to you just the way you want it!

Hey Vic, what’s our website?

:^)

You know I thought that at first but I didn’t know you guys offered artwork lol

Just checked and you don’t so I guess it’s a hidden feature lol

We don’t, but we do sell Hit Boxes, which is what he was referring to.

yeah i thought he meant the art was coming from there. My b!

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if that new update for the PS4 Hitbox will work for my PC/360/PS3 hitbox? :frowning:

It won’t. That’s a different PCB entirely.

I have a new PS4/PC hitbox, and it doesn’t work on KOF13 or the SF5 beta - but it does work on USF4 and Xrd. Any news if the SF5 situation is known about/temporary?

did you update to the newest firmware of the board?

Do I need to do that if I’m using the hitbox on my PC? I assumed that was for a PS4 specific problem.

EDIT: I received the hitbox about a week ago and it was shipped in early Jan, so does it have that firmware already installed?

No, the update came out a few days ago.

And yeah, it is specifically for PS4. Not sure if their PCB supports X-input, which is what SFV requires.

I am running the latest firmware and the PS4 Hitbox Arcade controller definitely isn’t coming across as x-input. I tried the PC beta of SFV last night and it wasn’t recognized.

Sad/nice to know Noryia. Thanks for the update!

Has anyone had any issues with windows 10?

I received my hitbox the other day and it will work fine for the first 10 minutes or so but after a time it always starts missing inputs on the light kick button, I did some troubleshooting like making sure the drivers were up to date and plugging it into different usb ports and it always is fixed for about 10 minutes or so and then the problems comes back, I have footage of it happening on my stream several times and I’ve spent all day trying to figure out if its my computer so this is happening consistently and I’m really worried it might be the PCB, can anybody help me here?

Here’s a video showing what the controller/button looks like in properties after about 10 minutes of gameplay

Spoiler

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIAG7HXqldM&feature=youtu.be

Notice that when I first plug in the device that the button #2 (Light Kick) when held down never misses an input and never ceases being active. After a few matches in game (USF4 in this video, but happens in all games) the button becomes glitched and no longer works properly, as evidenced by the end of the video when I hold that particular button down, it no longer stays active and is flickering in and out.

I have a friend that is using a FC4 on his PC for beta and he had to use joy2key. Might be the case as well but if it is indeed a brook board, as it looks by the updater, there may be a firmware update to remedy this.

Just used joy2key for the most recent beta, can confirm. Worked better than x360ce too!

did anyone else notice that on the PS4 Hitbox pressing start and an attack button activates the turbo feature for that button? i wonder if there is a way to disable that feature…

@GOGO.Zippy is that something that a custom firmware can fix?
