Final TAP isn’t that difficult. There are two important aspects to it that most people forget. Not only can you use kicks to charge it, but you can still fight with punches while you do. Hold down left trigger (on the 360) and just fight normally. Sure a couple of your specials are locked out, but it’s worth it.

How about a per character most damaging combo, I’ll mention a few, if I’m wrong then correct me with a more damaging combo they can do. These are all against Ken in the training mode

Ryu: F+HP, c. HP, SRK, Super, Ultra 64.2%( I think)
Ken: J. HP/HK, s. HK, Super, Ultra 69.2%(corner only)
Sagat: J. HP, s. MP, TU, FADC, F+HK, Ultra 69.3%
Sakura: J. HP/HK, c./s. HP, EX Tatsu, dash, Ultra 56.1%

This is based of memory, so I’m not sure about the decimal point, but I’m sure the first two digits are correct. Anyways, does anybody else want to add numbers for other characters or correct mine with a more damaging combo.

Try to list it as the actual damage numbers because percentage is relative.

a charged ex hado to a jumping opponent is not somethng youll easily hit. in fact id be really surprised if i saw that any time soon, like ever.

actually I think the Gouken 4 ex.hado > ultra might be more damaging than the chun li dizzy on unmasked vega if gouken landed it on an unmasked vega

Dunno if it’s the highest but akuma vs sagat. S.RH into S.Jab into S.RH semi-infinite, end with sweep… now he’s on the floor. Do a million demon flip mix ups and cross up hurricane kicks into sweep… pretty lethal.

Also Sagat, with full revenge meter, TU xx F.RH ultra on a full life opponent does 640 to ryu in training mode out of his possible 1,000. That’s a lot in my opinion haha.

Rufus Jump forward Round House into EX Snake Strike into Ultra in the Corner does 720 Dmg and its not insanely hard to pull off in a match.,… I been hit with it before

I’ve done this to seth to see a sliver of life left, don’t know the damage off hand, but someone can plop that down on a system for fun and report back.

703 damage, pretty reliable. I think if I tack on a standing HP first, I can get 708 (my screen is currently showing 708 as the highest, but I don’t remember what I did to get it).

ARG! Just repeating that combo isn’t getting me over 700 anymore, it’s yielding 680. Taking on the s.HP is getting me 690 now. Must be some timing with the EX fireballs for getting all the hits.

I dont think its THAT impractical, since you dont need 5 EX bars, or anything only possible on training. It might be difficult, but definetily not impossible to land.
