Highest damage combo in the game?

Lmao. You call it facepalm? That’s hilarious.

Doing a combo against seth or vega without his mask doesn’t make the combo any more damaging

I thought people tried to guage damage against normal stamina characters.

Didnt notice the charge thing.

The gouken combo is a little more practical if you apply it with an EX palm > f.hadou > ex hadou > ex hadou > ex hadou > ultra.

Sagat’s c.fp, TU fadc Ultra does 708 damage…The c.fp needs be a counter-hit. Easy to do in a real match.

And the Honda one makes me wonder.

Is 52 hits the longest combo in the game?

One thing about the wacky scaling in this game, is that you almost NEVER want to hit with a focus attack in your combo. It scales way too hard.

Which is why I’m always boggled when I see people use focus against dizzy opponents… it’s a terrible idea.

While a jump in is preferred there is less error associated with a FA. Also if your foe gets out of dizzy then odds are he isn’t going to be able to block it.

If you’re referring to the Fuerte video, he had already done 9 hits. After 9 hits the rest of your combo will be scaled for the same (90% less damage) per hit.

If he had done a jump in, he would have gotten 10 damage, whereas the focus did 20. The rest of the combo would have done the same amount either way.

Timing people who mash out of dizzy so you can hit them with the unblockable to reset the damage is what alot of people do.

(the extra bit at the end of the vid is also cool)

I was pretty bored until 2:00, nice find. The extra bit surprised me even more.

wow, totally impractical but dayumn that damage. 2 hits with each hit doing like 60% damage is insane. maybe they should have made it so that with each return the firebal also gets an increase in speed.

you don’t get pushed as far away in each loop of the fuerte RSF if you do it after a FA crumple animation.

I wasn’t really talking about the loop… I know focus does set up some things… but you’ll have to admit that when you see a lot of people play they do focus against a dizzy opponent when they shouldn’t.

Zangief.

Lvl.3 Focus attack > Full Ultra.

Nah there’s more damaging stuff in the game. It’s a beefy combo sure but there’s stuff that does full 100’s of damage more.

the Balrog 60 sec TAP into super combo comes to mind but that’s never gonna happen in a real game though.

Yeah, starting your combo off with a jumping attack is typically better, though it depends on the character and whether you put the opponent in a dizzy with a combo.
