Great idea, was going to suggest something along these lines. It would be nice to talk strategies, player match-ups, punish options, etc.
There was a great turnout, lots of players of all skill levels and tons of good matches.

Oh and btw, I got my BB Continuum Shift Stick working! I’ll bring it back on Wednesday along with some more Hori and TE sticks for people to use.

so i’ll make up some signs, so some stations will be for beginners/intermediates and one for advanced/experts. So if any body from one or the other choose to cross, then they know what they are in for. beginners crossing to advanced be prepared for a tough fight! and advanced crossing to beginner be prepared to help out some of the new blood!

haha, yeah, i saw is PP and it was like 3000-4000ish…and then he had about 1000+ for every character he chose. I had assume he knew what he was doing. That sakura frame trap stuff is nutso! she deals so much damage! i got him once with U2 though which was pretty sweet! and if you threw a regular fireball instead of flame fireball i woulda got you too! haha

I guess I’ll share some of the stuff I saw when I played Wednesday:
Omega: your Ryu has good execution, but if you work on footsies more, it will be more beneficial. Also, careful of your cr.mk xx hados. You’ll notice that you ate a couple level 1 focuses when I was playing Cody. I THINK you ate a flashkick when I was playing Guile. A blocked cr.mk x hado is not a true combo. There’s something that your opponent can do inbetween. Also, a better punish than s.hp xx srk is solar plexus ~ srk. It’s a link combo, yes, but it is a very easy combo to it. A blocked or whiffed flashkick is free and you’re basically able to do anything - even Metsu Hado.
Guiles. You guys need to play more patient and stay grounded. Guile is a very reaction based character and you need to react according to what your opponent does. Also, spacing is a very important thing for Guile as he has many AA normals and you’ll need to know proper spacing as to when to use them. Pad Guile GGs.
Bisons. I didn’t really get to play many of you just the one? But from what I remember, Bison didn’t play very good footsies. He has good footsies and can apply pressure very well.
There was a good pad Rose player. GGs to him.
But overall, while everyone can execute special moves, you guys need to not be afraid to learn footsies - a very important thing in SF. So learn the spacing of your normals and don’t be afraid to test them out during casuals.
Looking forward to meeting up on Sunday if that’s still happening.

Yes, it should be easier. I’ll have time to work on it Thurs/Fri and should be able to bring it in Saturday for you to use. I’ll bring my multimeter to determine whether it’s doable.
GG’s last week chowwun, was hoping you’d use Guile so I can practice. It’s a matchup I really hate but your Cody was on point.
