Love the replay features, wanted that for a while now! I just wish they let you buy SINGLE costumes instead of the entire pack and I wish they gave you life bars of people playing in a lobby you joined late!

a) I have a score to settle with Jon’s Fei Long.
b) I have to try to beat Navi
c) Spar with Wun Yan since I haven’t played his Guile or new characters ever since lol!
About the DLC on “mass” usage 360, you can probably download to a portable flash drive from xbox.com(logged in obviously) then install it on to the 360s there.
I don’t want to move on to a better vortex/potential character(ie Akuma) but it would be soooooooo flippin’ hilarious if I did to one up Padkuma lolololol!

I just realized my first question was worded incorrectly. But really? You should always pushblock no matter what? I find that hard to believe if you’re a playing a grappler you probably want them to be close.
When you’re advance guarding, you can only advance guard the opponent that deals the first attack I believe. You can’t advance guard two characters at once which is one prime example of Jeremy’s Wolverine and Akuma tatsu assist. You’ll push Wolverine back, but Akuma will still attack you and at the same time, Wolverine can drill claw or dive kick to keep the pressure up.
When to use assist?
Use them to cover your ass i.e. after a blocked combo or projectile. The main idea behind assist to keep your opponent from retaliating unless they use a Hyper Combo. Sentinel has the best projectile assist, Tron and Haggar have crazy invincibility, and Wesker can OTG assist. Learn how to use your character’s assist well, it’s vital.
Teleporting characters against zoners and keep away? Be prepared to block backwards because they usually teleport behind you or use something like Dormammu’s Liberation(? The one that goes straight up?), that would possibly help from anyone getting in.
That’s only from my bit of understanding of the game and I don’t even play lol! The one thing I noticed from your play from Wednesday was that you got effed up bad when someone rushed in on you badly! You could always try to push block to hyper combo if your opponent is so insistent on getting up in your ass. This game requires a good understanding of where to block and the fact that almost all characters can hit twice or more while jumping in on you can confuse you to block low after the initial hit(It’s not Street Fighter IV where only a handful of characters like Chun-Li and Ibuki can hit you twice while coming down from a jump in).
Take advantage of air block if you’re really confused, you just need to block one direction lol!
