I came here to post this. After hearing about the awful sales numbers this past week, it wouldn’t surprise me for them to say “It’s not coming due to weak sales figures…” etc

I don’t see them withholding free finished content because of weak sales. If anything that should be some extra motivation to hurry up and release it.

People are basing the bad sales numbers off VGChartz, which don’t list the numbers for US. The numbers seem iffy at best. PS3 sales > 360 sales too, another thing is that the first “week” of sales on VGChartz only covers 2 days for JP and 1 for EU. The game definitely didn’t sell a whole lot but the numbers look wrong as it is.
its their fault IF there’s bad sales. they should’ve sold UMvC3’s content along with the first game. If they say they arent having this mode or any content, i can see this game dying off within the next 1-2 years due to other games
