Question guys what would be the best way to color a render white?
desaturate and put a color overlay in blending options and change the blending settings? that’s the way I would do it
I tried that i still get a grayscaled image not true color white.
Well I went and tried it myself. Lets take this photo of seth for example

Now I went ahead and double clicked on the layer to access the blending options and went to the color overlay and set it to Vivid Light and lowered the opacity and got this result

I also went a different approach and went on the original image and adjusted Hue/Saturation and put the lightness up and took away all saturation. After that I played with the levels and moved the right side marker towards to middle to bring out the whites of the picture

about the same result but the levels adjustment proved to give it more contrast. Hope this helps =)
Edit: if you want more white, you can desaturate the render. add a new layer on top of it and set that layer blending options to overlay. then get your brush with white and just paint over whatever you’d like

Thats still a grayscale image :\ i need a complete white seth is easier to manipulate to look white due to the colors he has let me explain what i want to do.
I want to color viewtiful joes suit white like jet blacks but if i go the desaturate route and change the blending modes since the render has red it’ll grayscale and wont get a tru white…

Yea something like ill play with the above and see if i can make it work.
well what i did in that one was use Replace Color in the Image>Adjustments menu. just select the red on the image preview and then on the color replacement box just turn it to white
Yo I made a 200x200 512kb animated avatar, but when I tried to save it as my avatar here in SRK it doesn’t work.
Does this mean my parents don’t love me?
Do I have to buy a new computer?
Did my internet break?
Please help!
…oh and thanks in advance for any tips.
EDIT: I reformatted it to be 234kb. Are these sizes just too big? It has barely any animation. Just Ibuki standing there.

The problem is the pixel size. Str[e]ak researched it out and saving your gif at 92x92 or 192x192 will work fine (provided you are under 50kb)
As savaii said, you’ll find this post useful:
Especially these two bullets:

[] Non-premium file size limit is 50 kb. The premium file size limit is 146.5 kb.
[] Sas couldn’t get an avatar to animate when it had a dimension greater than 192 pixels. Once he changed it to 192 pixels, the avatar was actually animating. Might need further testing. So, if you upload a picture that has dimensions greater than 192 pixels in any direction, it will not animate.
