Ignore opips2. I think the black and white look great. I would try doing a more subtle background so that it’s almost a solid color (maybe red to dark red, but horizontally, or even add a texture). As for the sword, if you want it to stand out, make it white as you did for parts of the character. Looks good though!

And yeah, you gotta give the sword a different color or something to make it standout. I recommend doing one of those really, “Shiny” sword reflection sorta deals, like they have in the anime’s and stuff.

Anyway, I’m taking a crack at Guilty Gear themed designs now. I’m thinking of possibly doing another silouette of the character (in a different pose) at the opposite side so it doesn’t look as empty. Any suggestions?

Might do some SF ones at some point if there is demand for it. There’re already so many to choose from which is why I chose to do some characters from other fighting games instead. But like I say, I may do some later on down the line if there are enough requests for it.
I updated the Ky one as I wasn’t happy with the background. The lightening is now more subtle.

I can’t currently make an all grey box, sorry. Only white and black.
Though I will do some research on getting other colors, might be interesting to find out what I can get in small quantities.
I’m also not doing any art into buttons right now. I don’t have the time to get into a custom job of this magnitude at the moment. Sorry buddy.

There are some much weirder character designs than that in GG but I just wanted to do the two protagonists. May do some more later.

There is not enough room to fit 2 PCBS. I have a MK1 board here that was sent to me for testing and it doesn’t fit very well because of the extra sound board.
The problem with the video is Midway decided not to use the standard resolution that most jamma boards use. So it only works on certain TVs, Sony Wegas seem to be the most common, but I can’t guarentee it will work on all of them. I basically just tell people Midway games around that era just don’t work. The MKs, Smash TV, NBA Jam, etc.
