Questing Adventurer in Zoo is a bad idea. By the time that you are at a turn that you can play it, you’ll typically only be able to play Questing + 1 other card, at most. The games that it’s able to sit behind taunts and get huge are games that you were going to win without it, and it does nothing to help in the matchups that are close.
But if you play Questing + 1, it’s a 3/3 for 3, which isn’t bad at all. Pretty much the worst case scenario is it’s a soft taunt and your opponent uses a turn or spell to remove it, which just reduces their options for dealing with later threats. In the mid-case scenario, it gets up to 4/4 or better, giving it surplus value, then does some damage and dies. In the best case scenario, your opponent isn’t equipped to kill it, and it keeps growing, giving you a secondary win condition or a way to deal with your opponent’s big minions if the game stretches that far. I could see it as a bad idea if you were depending on it to win the game, but you’re not.
Mukla has his niches where he’s featured in a deck so it’s up to you if you want to keep or disenchant. Depends on your current collection lol
Man this game sucks, I hate that I’m attempting to climb again.
I can see your point, but Questing is competing with Shattered Sun Cleric, Scarlet Crusader, Blood Knight, Harvest Golem and King Mukla in the 3 drop spot in zoo, and I can’t see running Questing over any of those cards, which are either board threats that require a silence or two actions to handle (Scarlet and Harvest Golem), directly swing the board into your favor (Shattered Sun and Blood Knight), or push a weak board completely into your favor with a form of mana lock to handle an unusually large creature for a cheap cost (Mukla).
I’d definitely pick it over Blood Knight since I don’t have Blood Knights.
I went back to my first class (warlock) and made a handlock deck that’s inspired by another deck I saw somewhere. I run 2 sac pacts in place of the standard farseers but it’s working out really well to counter the zoolock swarm in ranked. Hard removal on doomguards and restore the 5 damage they dealt? Life tap turn 2 despite them having a flame imp on the board?
Yes please

In before a priest thoughtsteals a sac pact and kills my Jaraxxus.
Edit: And the one Pitlord is putting in some serious work. I dunno how many times he’s saved me at turn 8 by dropping my health low enough to play him and a free molten giant to taunt up.
Why the Jaraxxus?
• Leeroy as finisher
• 2nd Twilight. 2 are a must anyway?
• Faceless Manipulator
Old handlock classics like Alexstrasza and Jaraxxus are just way too slow, especially with the zoolock/pala/mage population,
unless the deck is meant as a hard counter for specific opponents.
But experimenting with sacri. pact is lovely for sure.
One day, you’ll run into a priest. That priest is going to thought steal you
you play jaraxxus
he uses sacrificial pact and starts laughing maniacally.
The pitlord is a replacement for one of the twilights since it can’t be silenced by druids/shamans and it’s a reasonably fat minion even if I top deck him later in the game.
And I only run Jara because I like him, same reason why I don’t run Leeroy because I’m sick of seeing him everywhere already. But yeah I’m experiencing with some different cards atm so one faceless might make it’s way back into the deck.
Instead of Hellfire, could you use a second Shadowflare and throw in Power Overwhelming? That way, you don’t hurt yourself or your minions, and you can do damage even with minions with 0 attack.
Imp Masters would be nice too, because you can sacrifice the imps for health. Plus they could be used for Power Overwhelming + Shadowflare.
I did run two shadowflames earlier but it ended up feeling too slow against aggro decks if I didn’t have a watcher before turn 4. I like the idea of adding a imp master but sense demons usually ends up giving me at least one worhtless Imp that can be dropped and sacrificed on the same turn.
Ah ok, if it’s because of the love for the card, it’s perfectly fine in the deck. As it’s really awesome.
I just prefer having a finisher in the deck, similar to the Leeroy one, but lately just using a Bluegill with Power Overwhelming.
Bluegill, Power Overwhelming, Faceless - my favorite. Need to play Mrglglrglglglglglglgl! once again.
Murlocs #1.
Tried rogue in arena. Got no weapons, no deadly poison, no assassinate. Clawed my way to a few wins but it was.
Got mage next, should be better right? No fireball, flamestrike, blizzard, or sheep. My first 0-3.
I made some really bad plays when I had good decks, like attacking a hunter with a secret AFTER playing my minions. Stupid stuff like that cost me a few games. I need to slow down a bit and think when I’m ahead. Both my 7 win pally and mage runs could have been longer.
RNGESUS wants me to play a priest, all my rares seem to be for the priest.
I named my Anduin deck Game: Blouses.

What other kinds of cards are you running? Mind Vision probably isn’t the best choice, since it only replaces itself with a different card. If you’re not running them already, I’d recommend running Injured Blademasters and Circle of Healing, especially if you’re already running Northshire Clerics. Really valuable cards, and relatively cheap to craft.
Sorry for my horribly late reply. Yeah, after ranking up a bit and getting clobbered I definitely see the lack of value in Mind Vision (though I did once Vision Jaraxxus and actually used him to win lol). Injured Blademasters are next on my add list, though I may have to craft some.
Ooh nice are the new card backs in?
I saved up like a thousand gold for the new cards coming in even though my core set is not yet complete lol. Should I craft leeroy and other good legends
No one should ever craft Leeroy under any circumstace. Just pretend that he does not even exist.
