trying out a deathrattle paladin deck that i scrapped together and tried out redemption for mad scientists. So far im getting some interesting and hilarious results.
•Mad scientist + loot hoarder on field; swipe on mad scientist -> pulls out redemption and rezzes the loot hoarder.
•revived deathrattle minions triggers undertakers buff
•still waiting to see if mad scientist revives itself 2x.
•one day, i want to see kelthuzad get redemption and live that turn just so that it can copy itself.
•no one expects redemption
Lost to a deathrattle shaman on my warrior this morning.
He/she got 3 thaddeus out, thanks to reincarnate and KT. I ran out of answers, and did not expect that craziness. The further up the ladder, do you so running into crazy decks like this?
Yup. You’ll rarely see zoo decks the further up you go. What level are you btw
Deathrattle shaman is pretty inconsistent but they’re probably the most potentially dangerous and dramatic if the stars align.
Only reason why they’re not amazing is because they generally have shit card draw.
I thought I was in complete control until he dropped thaddeus on me and was able to follow up with KT.
I’m rank 15 now, and I’m thinking of playing a faster deck just to rank up a bit.
That is an interesting idea for Gruul. I don’t think they ever buff cards though, unless they were overnerfed or something. I think if they did use that idea it would probably be x/x - 1/1. Otherwise it would be way overvalued looking at shade and especially considering it grows at end of your turn and not start of your next one.
Shades value is from the stealth.
That’s true, but there is the 2nd difference of shade growing at the start of next turn instead of the end of the turn you place him on.
For example if it worked as you suggested, and you drop him turn 8. He will essentially be a 9/9 for 8 that grows every turn. Drop him with 2 mana he is a 3/3 that grows, etc etc. That would be the overvalued part.
but if he doesn’t grow at the end of the turn, he doesn’t get the surprise value that is taking a hit from ragnaros as a 8/8, then turning into a 9/1 afterwards.
Bad news: was 5/2 in an arena run, game was going well…blue screen.
Good news: got a pack with a gold Mountain Giant. i finally have a full set of giants. Also got a pack with a BGH, Lay on Hands, and a gold Jungle Panther. Packs been good to me lately.

I haven’t watched too much comptetive hearthstone, but yeah that tournament format got me hyped and playing some matches again. Even dropped $20 on packs and got some epics I was missing, and an onyxia lol
I really like onyxia in my old token druid + cenarius. Unfortunately i’d have to wait til the meta slows down again.

Im so stubborn, I have like 2k worth of dust I can dust, but I never want to dust anything until the card gets a patch so as to not miss out on all that dust lol
