Even if it is, he can still do d+a,b,c,e, a,b,c qcb+a+B and that does a grip of damage. I’ll have more tomorrow.
I played a bunch of super skrull from the comic con build, and he’s definitely looking pretty beastly. I don’t have the exact names of the moves, but from what I remember from the assist names:
QCF+A, B, or C = orbital grudge, which is a flaming spinning fist special that moves forward based on strength. Even the weak version is unsafe on block.
Tap A, B, or C rapidly = tenderizer, the rapid fire punch move. Can super cancel any time. Because of this move, though, push blocking a lot is not advisable with sskrull.
DPM+A, B, or C = teleport slam, strength determining position on screen. If you see someone doing something laggy fullscreen, you can punish with this and go into super.
QCB+A, B, or C = command grab, with strength determining angle (think Yamazaki). I tick thrower into this a few times.
QCF+AB = fire drill hyper, can be done in air. Goes in an angle like Andy bogards drill kick. Can combo from C or tenderizer.
QCB+AB = super nova. Similar to storms thunderstorm. A sick combo is ending an air combo series with neutral launch button, slamming them into the floor then following up with teleport slam xx super nova. Mad damage.
oooh. I’m liking the sound of all of this! I’m guessing orbital grudge will have to be comboed into, if so, how well does it? what kinda angles are we talkin on the command grab? ground, front and anti-air? does it OTG? If so, Super Skrull is gonna be TERRIFYING to be near. like, right next to SSFIV Zangief with full ultra 1 terrifying.
He didn’t have his level.3 (the grab n smash) in this build :(. But that dosen’t matter really, super nova does a gripe of damage. a,b,c,d+e,a,b,c,e, teleport,Nova = 70% gone on some characters.
Fire drill can be canceled/combo’d into from almost every special. I think it’s safe for the most part? Could you control it, like by holding up or down? I swear he went up once, not the normal arc.
Macarratti: all 3 directions. I don’t think his game is anything like geif.
Another thing I found out towards the end is that Skrull has Necro like strech normal attacks. If you hold foward c, he sends a long necro like punch. Too bad I didn’t get to test much of it 
so much potiential if cancelable.

Can anyone explain to me what comic book basis for Super Skrull’s teleportation is? Can all Skrulls teleport? Is it part of his powers? Or is it technological (like Deadpool’s teleportation device)?

probably related to the invisible woman’s powers. I’m not sure how, but it seems possible.
Super Skrull had nothing to do with Secret Invasion, I have the trade paperback in front of me right now.
Kl’rt saved Nova when the latter was ambushed by a group of Super Skrulls, then helped him get to Earth by making it look like he killed Nova. He then used his newfound recognition to track down his daughter Jazinda who was on Earth with She-Hulk.
interesting…what side series was that? because there was no mention of him whatsoever in the main book

oh. goddamn event storylines and their spinoffs! I didnt read any SI spinoff books aside from the Black Panther one (which was excellent, but i mainly got it because i thought the Pearson covers meant he was the interior artist LOL). I dont have the money or the time for that, same with world war hulk, i never read warbound or any of those other books unless they had a top tier artist
For years I wanted him in the mvc franchise and he’s finally in the game! One of my fav villians. He looks amazing with lots of detail! I gotta Make him top tier

How come? do you mean the super skrull player shouldn’t push block, or the one blocking shouldn’t?
sounds to me like if you’re skrull you dont wanna do it, as the push block will end and youll start the tenderizer. if thats the case, LOL!
