wow you are not scared of gief syxx. I hardly use specials against him, normals all day and turtling for me cause i’m scared i’m gonna get knocked down. I guess you’re not scared of knockdowns because you have a magic wakeup button.
Is there any reason why you prefer using jump straight up lk over rh? I use the latter more.

i think the jump straight up lk is pretty annoying if done outside of SPD range vs gief… you don’t even need to time it, just space it… plus cammy shows her hot ass during jumping lk, which is great fan-service
oh and i was pretty scared the first set vs krazzy, couldn’t wakeup dp him for shit, but then i started doing the notation a little earlier and got it off… well most of the time

Cool, we got 16 and it’s not even Wed yet. = ) If more ppl wanna sign up, please do. We’ll see if we can hit 32 before Fri. Though, I doubt it. If not though, the extra entrants will be signed up first for the next tourney. And if there are any volunteers for backup (4 should do it, thanks to BustahWulf and VOLTECH for being the 1st volunteers), that would be great.
If we do get 32 though, that’s gonna be a lot for 1 person to handle, so if someone else would like to help out at that time, that would be great. I’m thinking having 2 separate 16 player tourneys, one for each director, and having the winners play each other, or something like that. I’m also thinking of having the grand final as best of 5 matches.
I’ll post the matchups either way, by Thu night or Fri.
Tournament date: Friday, Jan. 9, 2009, 7PM PST, 8PM MST, 9PM CST, 10PM EST
Rules:
Settings: Best of 3 rounds, Best of 3 matches, Double elimination, Loser allowed to counterpick, Winner must stick with the same character, Speed 3, Time On
Banned: Start colors for disconnect issues
