Yo whens the tourney?
Starts tomorrow. You’re already in the bracket, I just need 8 more people to make it a full 64 people tourney, but if we can’t get 64, I’ll post the bracket as is either later today or tomorrow. It’s actually optimal to wait until tomorrow as I’m sure we can get closer to a full 64 if not reach it.
what time tomorrow and are we setting up some sort of IRC channel for everyone to get on?
Rules: First to 2 matches, 3 rounds setting (to clarify, you need to win 2 rounds to win the match).
At the moment, it looks like Akuma is allowed.
Once you know who your opponent is, it is your responsibility to contact them through PSN and arrange a mutually convenient time to play. Tournament starts Friday, May 15th at 9PM EST. You have until Monday, May 18th at 9PM to play your first round match. If your opponent is a no-show, you automatically advance to the next round. Once all first round matches are completed, you should be able to tell who your next opponent is from the updated bracket so go ahead and play them.
If you’ve completed your first round match before Monday, May 18th, and your next opponent is available to play, you can go ahead and play them. We will not have a losers’ bracket except for semi-finalists so we can determine who gets 3rd rank.

You too pacloc, but I’m confused; it says your PSN ID is pacloc but you played me yesterday as suken19. The problem is, pacloc is already in the tourney. So if you use two PSN IDs, let me know which one you wanna enter as. BTW, good Ryu/Akuma/Gat.
oh and BTW, Sir_Papacha, one of the best Gief players out there won’t be joining us because of a technical issue with his hardware. Too damn bad. I’m sure MisterEgoTrip is all broken up about his favourite opponent not being able to make it LOL. I am too. Papacha’s a lot of fun.

Nope! You’re in. You’re still on my friends list and I remember sending you a message on PSN telling you about this tourney, so I’m guessing you didn’t see it. Check the bracket for your oppont shortly Reno. It’s good to have another good Honda in this tourney…or whoever else you decide to use.
I may not be able to enter… I’m going to a tournament tomorrow and my ride decided to go a day earlier and we are being housed by somebody… maybe I can bring my PS3 and try to set it up but you know how pre-tourney crack sess can go. Best to luck to everyone, I’ll bring dat rog next time!!:wgrin:
