Hey dudes and dudettes,

It’s been a while since I last posted. Sorry for the disappearance. I have been and continue to be extremely busy but I think I’m want to take a break (for the moment) and see if we can all have an HDR reunion. So I want to call out as many of you old-timers as I can remember, please fogive me if I can’t remember everyone and feel free to refresh my memory:

Damn it, my brain is about to explode from trying to retrieve the names of all the HDR veterans I know. Sorry if I forgot your name. I’m surprised I got this far. I’m gonna try to post this message on SRK as well. Hopefully, if enough people show up, and if anyone volunteers to help, we can organize 2 tournaments, one for HDR and one for SF4. I hope most of you will show up. This could be fun.

I guess you could. It’d be a nice experience to play some of the beasts that used to roam the HDR rooms. Let’s just hope they show up. I actually had a dream where ChunLi came to me and told me “build it, and they will come”. I said: “That’s nice. Now take it off!”.

a_liu2008 is pretty beastly on HDR. If you see her around, check her out.

Good stuff! As soon as we have like 16 people who show interest, I will start adding PSN IDs to a bracket. And, in the words of Cleveland: “It’s gonna be tight y’all!”

She’s also a beast in SF4. I felt so horrible while she was kicking my ass in HDR right before SF4 came out.

I’m going to Jamaica for all of next week but after that I’m down, I’ve just been on that SF4 soooooooooooooooooooo hard lately the game is great. I need some ST though so just send me a regular message if you see me on!

Thanks to everyone who responded. The funny thing is, I was expecting 32 people, but now it looks like we may need to make this thing a 64 people tournament. Again, I need to get some of the old-timers to join this thing before we can add in new people, but sure, you’re welcome to join. Sir_Papacha might be joining as well as MisterEgoTrip. If everything goes well, we will make this thing happen next Friday. If more people show up than I expected, then 2 weeks from today. I haven’t played Branta yet, but i did face Branta, theoneandonly1980, and Ald_one. Yes, they too will be added to the updated list. Thanks for the reminder. Gritsngravy, I remember your name although we’ve never played.

oh since my schedule is literally 12 hrs ahead I won’t be available for tourney play.

I play HDR just about every other day for 20 or 30 matches, but then I go back to getting trounced in SF4.

I was on HDR, day one, so I’d be glad if you added me to your “old heads” list.

By the way, if anyone sees me online playing SF4 and wants to play some HDR, just hit me up. I’d be happy to load up HDR.

BeautyInViolence, the only reason why I didn’t add you to the list is because my head almost exploded when I tried to remember all old-timers I’ve come across. Also, Andychamp, so sorry for forgetting you bro. How could I forget one of the beastiest Vegas out there?

wut up mustain, thanks for remembering to add me to the list :bgrin:. ive been away from psn for a while to focus on exams, but im back on again. but im mostly been playin sf4. i dont mind playin some hdr again, but im sure i cant play the same at all, at least not execute as well. good to see ya back online tho. im not sure if i have time to enter the tourney, but we need to get in a couple of matches sometime.

Lonewolf, yes, I forgot about you. Sorry. You’re definitely gonna be on my new list. Moogle, good to see you man. Yes, I’m taking a break from work (still working, just less involved) cuz I burned out. I’m trying to round up as many people as I can. So far, so good. I think I need to start putting together a bracket but I need confirmation from more people so I can run a legit random pairing system. At the moment, there aren’t enough people for that (probably 25). I want at least 32.
