Fight Night was godly tonight. Here’s info for next Monday.
So what if you couldn’t make it to Evo this year. Come and celebrate at Dibbz with us. Talk about what happened! Don’t let the hype die!
So unfortunately I (Ryck Soto) will still be in Las Vegas this Monday and I will not be able to host this upcoming Fight Night. But that doesn’t mean that Fight Night is canceled! I’ve already setup another host to take over in my absence. His name is Steven Brumley aka NolaFrog.
This is only a temporary change and I will be back to host Monday Night Fight Night the following week.
Steven and the people working behind the counter will be collecting the venue fee, which will always be one dollar.
Sadly we WILL NOT be throwing any type of tournament at all this upcoming Monday. But we WILL be collecting the one dollar venue fee as always.
The Monday Night Fight Night is an event upheld weekly at Dibbz to bring the fighting game community of Louisiana together. Every Monday night Dibbz of Metairie allows us to set up our games on their big HD lag-free TVs. This event is open to the public so we encourage you to bring new people. We play plenty of different fighting games. Main stream games like SSF4, MVC3, and MK are constantly up and running. Unconventional less known games are played as well. We stay at Dibbz until they close at 3 am so you have plenty of time to come stop by.[/COLOR]
You can play with Ranmasama (Vu) and I (Rodontel) sometime next week (maybe). We won’t be in town at all this weekend though. We still haven’t met the other Shreveport players, but you should go play and meet them if they get together for something this week. There honestly is no scene until more than two people in this city are tournament level players and going to said tournaments. Don’t know what level everyone else is at yet, but they seem to be learning.
Having a get together by my house this Sunday for games and poker…anyone not going to evo is welcome to come… mvc2 and ssf4 ae will be going on…anyone wanting to play tvc2 gonna need to bring a set up.
