I have played people with 5 bars and they say i have the same
True. Also, sometimes when you join a 3 or 4 bar game you’ll see 5 bars in the lobby.
With a 3Megs ADSL connection in germany I get at least 4 bars to most countries in europe.
Anyway, how are these bars determined, does anyone know?
Is it just an ICMP packet sent to measure latency between the players and according to the response time, the bars are shown?
0-20ms = 5 bars, 20-45ms = 4 bars etc.?
Hope this wasn’t asked or explained before, I’ve searched for it but I guess I’m too stupid to find it then 
I’ve seen 5 green bars twice and was only able to connect once.
