While my love of Marvel is strong, I simply have not been playing games much the last few months. After going to your pad last week, my left hand was chaffed raw from gripping the joystick, and my right wrist felt like it had developed carpal tunnel. I’m getting too old for this shit. Plus, no ride, packed sauna, SFIV, meh. It’s almost enough to make me want to get a job. Actually, I really do want to get a job. I keep telling myself that it’s just a phase. This too shall pass.
Speaking with Jie last week inspired me to look up an older SRK account of mine. It’s got a join date that trumps both his, AND Blake’s. Should I choose to start using it, they must bow and worship my e-penis. Actually, I found a couple of my older accounts from 2k and 2k1. I’m surprised that they weren’t deleted after 8+ years of disuse.
Only Brian and dann did that together. Since they probably won’t be in attendance, I don’t think such activities will be available in the foreseeable future. Sorry, but you’d have to bring your own muscle milk.

I’m trying to show up to one of these since it’s been a minute, maybe me and Keith can be there without playing games and just talk shit to the people that can play games and not get Carpal Tunnel.
Knowing that the first Transformers movie was going into production, a friend and I tried in 2004 to watch the original 80’s cartoon. We couldn’t make it past the first episode. It was that painful. To him, it was as though we raped his childhood, peed on it, then passed it to a biker gang to do with as they pleased.
I’ve had similar experience with certain beloved childhood films. Goonies and Temple of Doom come to mind*. Surprisingly, Doraemon has held up well.

Man FN4 is fucking amazing. Played it at Gamecrazy today during lunch. Of course I did Tyson vs Ali because I am a mark. The game feels awesome. Really difficult to drop people now and no parries means a lot less bullshit. Incredible.
