The weirdest thing happened to me just today, I stuck someone as they killed me and spammed X to spawn right away, spawned on the other side of the map and got a hail mary medal for it.
I’ll take it I guess.
Also, there’s a way to get out of the map in Complex. On some 2006 Gears of War shit.
That happens to me a lot. You get a hail mary medal because you spawned before the sticky exploded which makes the game think you chucked the nade from where you spawned.
Anyway, I’ve been playing a lot of Slayer Pro. I feel that it may be the best playlist in the game. Infinity Slayer is getting kinda ridiculous with everyone running around with promethean vision and a charged boltshot.
Where do we get more of those codes. I could totally go for another chunk of free xp like that. Esspecially since I’m 6 levels from a specialization. Think I’m gonna go operator first.
Operator is intended for people who like to use vehicles while wetwork is for stealth stuff. Since vehicles for me have never been anything but death machines in Halo games I’m going with WetWork.
There’s other specializations only playable if you got the LE edition or something like that.
sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
Ill try to be on tonight (fernandooooo)
If not, Ill be on this week for sure.
After some double XP cod, I’m ready to continue on halo quest to level 50.
I need to do this weeks spartan ops on legendary.
also, get back into the mix
yeeessss, Old FFA, need that!
In close if you use the AR properly, you can kill someone with a BR/DMR before they have time to pop 5 headshots. It is absolutely worth taking on certain loadouts.
I don’t doubt for a second that some of the other guns are worthwhile too, and people are sleeping on them because we’re all used to how the DMR acts already.
The Carbine has the potential to kill faster than any other precision rifle. You just can’t miss any shots whatsoever.
Haven’t found a reason to use the light rifle yet. It is the strongest rifle in terms of power, but slower, and when scoped in its not hit scan anymore but real bullet travel time, so that puts it at a disadvantage against a hit scan weapon like the DMR.
i was thinking of getting this but now im reading about issues about certain weapons rendering most others obsolete and a lack of rotation in the maps etc etc. that was the one thing that stopped me playing halo 3 outright was that fucking bridge level over and over again and having the same damn weapons all the time. i used to hate the games where you started with the battle rifle all the time they are so fucking boring.
Plenty of variety if you play other modes, there is very little overlap between the small map modes and the objective game types. All the guns feel strong enough to be useful, so you won’t feel gimped if you decide to go with a different gun.
IMO for the most part its all about dat DMR, unless you’re playing SWAT then the spread of the BR could actually be beneficial. Carbine has 1 v 1 potential if you have pinpoint accuracy. Light Rifle would probably come in handy on Big Team Battle maps. Some guy on Gfaqs(Kill me now), Sterlingfox did a pretty good breakdown of all the precision rifles, and the DMR came out on top for the most part if you want precision, range, speed, and power all in one package.
There are benefits to playing with Automatic weapons on some levels as well. The AR is no joke anymore, and you’ll lose battles up close to them, so there are benefits to keeping a pocket loadout class featuring an automatic weapon. But for the most part I’d just run with the DMR.
You’ll get enough map variety if you play around with the different modes. If you only play Infinity Team and Regicide you’ll get acclimated with Haven really fast.
