I love this game. Campaign was awesome and it looks fucking amazing.

I died first or second mission when you outside of the ship you start. Fucking boxes!
I also died when my friend walked through a door, I tried to walk up where he was, annnnnd the door closed on me, lmfao.
I was pretty tiered around mission 7, then mission 8 woke me the fuck up!

Online is okay…Never been good with a DMR/BR so yeah… glad to see the AR is useful! All the guns seem good. Pistol is hard to use, lmfao.

Got through Mission 6. Shit is hype as hell. Locations so huuuge. Really like the story so far to tho there is some stuff I’m not exactly happy with. Most everything is great tho.

Man, this game is so much nicer looking/sounding than bungie’s efforts. Seems to play a lot faster, too. Those face motion captures in cutscenes are O_O

A great first mission, probably the best first mission in a Halo game that I’ve played (didn’t play Halo 2). Just beat the first two missions, liking the game a lot until now. Tomorrow I am getting my 16GB USB so I can get in the multiplayer.
I agree, the first chapter was epic. It was quite a stunning way to start the game off, and set a very good tone. Few video game openings have been this good, with perhaps the exception of Dead Space 2, but this was even more grand.
I’ve finished the first 3 episodes of the campaign, and I’m very pleased. I’ll give the MP a try tomorrow. So far tho, so good.
The music is amazing as well.

Holy crap this game is FUN. Maybe it’s just day one but damn 343’s spin on MP is fun on a bun. The action is MUCH smoother and faster something the series needed IMO. Controls are fine to me I kept hearing LOADS of people whine about them over the mic.

i worked my way through the whole campaign
as a reader of the books, all the small details and call-outs really made me smile
lasky & palmer seem pretty cool.
edit: the ending was emotional, but i could hold it together . . . until THAT SONG played as the credits theme. :sad:
Comment: love the multiplayer, it has been taken in a great direction bungie couldn’t realize itself. First two missions are dope that’s as far as I could pull myself from multiplayer thus far. The story is getting deeper into the personalities of the characters. Love it.

Felt like I was playing the same 2 maps over and over. And I can’t see shit, was shooting my teammates over and over. Thank god for noob radar.
They are? I would’nt know I only played Reach for like 2 months before the games moved too slowly for me and ranking up became an EXP grind. My team spent half the game whining how the controls were either:
- Too much like CoD
- Weren’t like past Halo games
- Were like Battlefield(whut?)
- Were not like CoD’s
