No it’s not about offending anybody, it’s a fact that too much exposure to the sun is really unhealthy. I’m just saying things like that don’t really concern Street Fighters. cause Kens Ultra connects fully on Seth or Sim, so does Goukens, since it zooms in I think it would just “suck” them up…
But this also makes me wonder, in one of the vids Ibuki was caught while standing near him, so is it counter or touching him which activates the Ultra?
But Blanka IS green. And Dhalsim is all sorts of weird colors. And Seth is silver. Oro is yellow.

yeah, a complete waste imho… what seems much more promising is doing hk oil right before a fireball hits… lots of oiltime for only 70 hp? worth it imho… just have to see how long oil needs to be out for it to take effect… if it really takes effect from frame one like people are suspecting… then there really is no way to keep hakan from oiling up besids rushing him down… which might work in hakans favor… only time will tell.

On the subject of Hakan’s skin: It’s exactly like Seth, Oro, Blanka, etc. etc.
On the subject of Hakan himself: How fast is the oiling? Will it be pretty fast, or will it be slow? I haven’t looked at any of the play testing with Hakan, so I wouldn’t know just yet.
I heard a rumor, wich i personally don’t believe, that you can do his command grab, the one that the enemy slides up into the sky, do the ground slide, cancel it and ultra 2 and then the enemy will fall on you
If this is true, Hakan will be even more beastly.
I don’t think Hakan will be too heavy on the combos…

Edit: on the other hand… hakan’s command grab doesn’t change camera view like Abel’s or Zangief or Honda’s… so it may be
it does… but with this characters direction, i dont see it being that far out of reach
