He starts chopping at around 1:05, and does it several time while Duds is in the corner. It reaches REAL far and trades several times. Looks like a great poke.

His prototype design was this badass lookin’ black dude. (It’s in the art section of SF4) I honestly would have preferred the skinny, chocolate version but OH WELL.

Definitely man, i think due to prolonged exposure to the sun and his skin drenched in olive oil his skin simply turned red. Take it as a permanent tan.
