It looks like oil combination hold is going to be his primary ultra.
Hakan seems to have that lunge command grab that will catch opponents in the air. I was thinking about this earlier and you could just tick an opponent, stop and wait to see if they jump away, and then just catch them in the air. From the looks of it, it seems as if you won’t be able to catch them too high in the air…
As for chaining normals with oil activated: it makes sense that you would only be able to chain together certain normals. I doubt that we’ll be able to see something like jab jab jab standing roundhouse, because if all the normals would be able to be chained then you would see another jab after roundhouse and that would just be broken.

I would spend good money on a Hakan statue, with his awesome oil barrel with the lion on it and everything. Akuma, Ryu, Ken statues are lame compared to how great Hakan’s one can be.
