:slight_smile: I tried Bob for a bit but he just wasn’t my thing…tried him again last night…and he just clicked for me like never before. I like his changes immensely so far. Who knows, I’m pretty much at a revolving cast around Guy ATM…too much stuff I wanna play with. It’s like Christmas for me. Damn work.

Yeah same for me. My favorite characters happened to be considered bad before so almost all of them got really interesting buffs it is so hard to pick. Hell even my first main Cole got lots of new stuff (if only he had more than 750 health…).

Also as for guys most damaging combo umm I thought it was combo, to shoulder, then stand hp, shuolder, stand hp, slide. For regular stuff? Ah yes I forgot about that, whenever playing I would just do the combo I mentioned because i was just more consistent with it

I would say that it hasn’t been.released yet he basically has his ae/super set but differences here in there

I switched from Ibuki to Dudley cause… I can’t Ibuki. Anyway, a few questions about these combos.

For the Chain into JC MP xx Izuna Drop. It seems the juggle limits after the chain so the JC MP doesn’t connect. Is this correct for you?

Also, I can usually only get two hits off Tatsu. Is this ideal?

I am having trouble with canceling the MP in the air to KIO. I’ve looked at videos and it appears as though the MP in the air that Guy is doing when I am in training is different than in the vids. I set the dummy to jump and I am just jumping forward, MP then immediately doing the KIO.
What is the timing on this? It’s not a 1F is it?

In that case it has to be counter hit, cause j.mp will then cause a reset instead of a juggle.

My bad, that Boost Combo into Bushin Combo works, no JC MP Izuna, though.
I was testing grounded tag cancels at the time:oops:…lemme just change that…

You should get two hits on st.mp>TC>HK Tatsu
Three hits if you do HK straight from standing MP.

It’s a counter hit, but the characters have to be fairly high in their jump arc(near top) or the grab whiffs. Looks nice, but not particularly reliable set up to go for…LP Air Izuna is still a grab vs. MP/HP being a strike, so you can tiger knee LP KIO as soon as you see opponent go into his jump start up and grab him…

It works if you just do Bushin combo into Izuna.

That said, the st.mp, TC xx HK Tatsu is more damaging overall.

I’m guessing you need you have to TK the Izuna after a bushin chain?

No, just hold up and do Izuna when you reach their height.

For those having problems grabbing after jump mp make sure you use mp izuna drop it is now a strike. Not lp or hp izuna. I believe lp and hp izuna are still grabs?
Just bushin chain hold up forward. Immediate air mp. cancelled to mp izuna.
