It only activates if the opponent is in a throw-able state. With the meteors you need to run and do it right before they hit for safety of you guess wrong.

Nope. Personally, I don’t think we’ll get it until at least after Xrd comes out.

Speaking of which, there’s gonna be an Xrd location test at Sega Akihabara Building 1 from August 9-12.
