TKing does an air move really close to the ground. Jump Installing is storing your jump options. Hitting up during any jumpable state will give you all your jump options. As long as you don’t hit a neutral state after this, you will keep these options regardless if you have jumped, so when you use a move that puts you into the air, you can move as if it was from a normal jump. There are 3 different ways to do it., mostly.

[]From Jump. Doing a single jump without using any of your jump options. The Slayer combo I posted above is an example.
[]Buffered during moves. Pressing up during a normal move and canceling to another normal or special before you jump. With Order-Sol 5S>8>5S>Lvl3 236S>sj.H>j.D>dj.H>dj.D I think is how it goes.
[*]Single move. With I-no you can do just a plain 6321469 and hit K/S before you jump and it will read it as if you have all the options. Alternatively you can do Axls 63214S special with a 7(631247S) at the end and be able to airdash and double jump after the FRC.

Woah, blocking makes you not take damage! Played a 3 hour set. Learned I try to jump over stun edges too much, I’m bad at AAiring in general, I’m too obvious, I’m bad at confirming into good damage, Potemkin is a fucking dick, I try to reversal backdash too often, and I’m bad at spotting holes in offense.
This game is so fun though. Losing makes me happy because that means I can get better.

So in watching more matches of +R with Kliff and Justice, I’m going to summarize what I see…
Kliff seems really good, actually. Justice was pretty much completely hollowed out to the point where her only remaining viable tools are full screen zoning tools and she is just plain outclassed there against other, better and more mobile zoners. She can flood the screen with powerful explosives if she has time to set up though.
I didn’t say Kliff’s bad… Moreso implied that he’s mediocre. In other words, he’s not the dumbfuck Kliff from previous games.
I dunno, 2H giving full OTG is pretty fucking retarded.
Kliff is definitely not mediocre in this game, guy has retarded options. If anyone needs to know how good Kliff is, just check out Koichi’s Kliff.
Anyway how are people managing to do anything worthwhile online in this game? Shit is laggy and combos are already hard as it is, nevermind with the lag. For instance, I see something as critical as Dizzy’s throw into dash up 2K, 5S, qcf+H being impossible in this lag.
Online depends on proximity and stability of your connection to the opponent. Last night my connection was pretty shit vs everyone I normally play (not kofxiii shit, but getting there), but other nights against the same people it was nice and buttery.
Your best bet is to friend req. everyone you have a good connection with.
Does anyone know if there is a way to preview the gamer picture packs before buying them?
Also, I heard they were glitched or something; is that fixed?

Edit: If it’s too laggy to reliably gatling into a special, then you don’t have a good connection to your opponent. either unstable connection on either end (torrenting, bad routing, shitty internet service, playing on wireless), or too far away.

Also confused by “M” rating. I don’t usually buy M games, and every version of the GG I’ve ever played previously was “T.”
It’s not the gatling to special, it’s the run forward. You have to dash forward the moment you recover from the throw and you can’t dash for too long. I’m 0/10 on this combo online, and have about 70% accuracy offline. Really makes me not want to play right now…
Dear dudes, I have been playing a lot recently. For some reason there’s a lot of dropped inputs online which doesn’t make sense. Because it happens on ppl I used to have smooth connection with. Nevertheless I continue to play because of the possibility of having smooth matches. I hope it gets better soon.
