Guile General Discussion: Go home and be a family man

With SFIV I had Rose… and Guile as a backup. Now I have a piss poor Rashid… and soon, Guile.

Trying to find a good defensive character for so long when Guile was right around the corner. Capcom cares

This release is already winning over Alex’s… he’s got his classic look and it’s not wasted on Pajamas or something stupid like that.

If the season pass for 2017 has deejay in it i will buy it 6 times.

I’m a sucker for any Classic characters… really doubt Fei Long, T Hawk, Honda, Dee Jay and Blanka will make season 2. But then Again even if 2 out of 5 of those guys I would be Happy.

At 0:12 on the trailer you can see the Stars and Stripes on the reflection of Guile’s Shades. That alone Merits why Guile and this Trailer is the most Mythic piece we’ve received from Capcom thus far. I’m a purist Ryu player, but seeing his new outfit and gear has me wanting to throw some backfist into opponents faces.

I just need to see what they would do with Sagat and I’m good on classic WWs. Akuma is coming, bet that.

s.hp xx boom is going to take some practice, I’d imagine.

For Capcom’s starndards, it is.

Cripes! His AA fk trade looks really generous in terms of follow-up. Yummy!

I’m really happy to see that the Sonic Hurricane hits basically nearly completely or all of it on airborne enemies. So sad how it barely did anything against airborne characters in SF:IV but that it’s totally different here, and looks significantly more powerful, but more closer to his CvS2 Guile Sonic Hurricane counterpart, which would be perfect!

What I want to know is the maximum range in which it can vaccuum in the opponent because the range on it looks ridiculous. Also that jump in fierce. c.fp, c.mp into flash kick does Insane Damage! That’s Ryu like for sure.

So Hype!

Look like new Guile is a tall motherfucker near to Ryu

Good, in SF4 looked Ryu/Ken size wich was wrong

I hope he can wear the shades with his classic outfit.

Travis Willingham proves once again that he’s awesome voice actor.

That’d be s.hp, c.mp xx fk

Guile’s return has yet again turned up the level of Nash’s increasing dickery.

Nash: “I’ve nothing left to say to you”.

:heart::heart::heart::heart::heart:

He’s got Remy style flash kick combos. Jab jab flash kick. Hopefully the cancel window is a bit generous.
