GH is perfect on a stick. I’ve been playing it that way for years.
A surprisingly low amount of dickery in online versus so far, even in anything goes. Though that’s probably because none of the new players really know how to cheese yet.
Definitely taking a liking to remix mode the more i play it. Pushblock and burst sure are useful for characters that don’t have any use for magic to begin with!
Anyone feel like getting some games in for this at Season’s Beatings?
I’ll try that when I get home, playing on pad, at least in remix mode was ridiculous.
Online mode seems kinda…I dunno haven’t seen 4 bars yet.
does vs allow you to select flying or planewalking characters?
Yes, but the default ruleset (Orthodox) prevents you from using flight or planeshifting abilities.
System direction is pretty in-depth. You can disable individual special moves.

never tried this before… initially reminded me of that mega drive yuyuhakusho fighting game due to the multi plane. 12 player battle is wack.
This is actually based on the same engine as the Yu Yu Hakusho Mega Drive game… which was also by Treasure.
anything over 6 players will be whack. let the pubs have their corner to bang level 99 chars together.
Well since my x360 for the second time cut out on me for a completely different reason than the first i’m in your boat. So we both best go hit up that link to sega.com to vote for psn release of GH if we want it. Also if you other 360 players don’t mind could you please vote as well? I’d do it for something that you wanted even if nothing was in it for me 
Saturn had more than a ton of games sir, u need to go check the japanese gamelists. it did better than ps1 for awhile and was the leading system in japan due to it being the only system at the time to be able to do arcade PERFECT ports of most games at the time (I say most because the SEGA branded games were lacking a tiny bit graphically)
