I dont play Hulk so I dont know, but charged fM can hard tag I’m pretty sure. His Gamma Crush can DHC on the way up. Gamma Quake can DHC as soon as his fist hits the ground.

Good luck with raw tags for Hulk besides I think his command throw. His recovery is terribad.
As a Nemesis player looking to explore Frank for my team, this just might be the answer to my leveling worries! Off to the lab I go!
For real. Any throw, any hit, doesnt matter if you build 2 bars its a given. I love it. Still upsets me than Wong and Noel Brown pass on it. I’ve been using Shuma as anchor lately and he’s also great for leveling up frank although i need to work on my execution with him.
On a side note I wish people would stop coming in the thread and asking “Hey I run team X/Frank/X whats tech for them? how do i level them up” Look through the forums you lazy bastards there are literally walls of text stating said level up techniques. Now if it’s a specific question or something you haven’t seen before by all means ask. All i am asking is to stop being lazy. Contribute. Rant over. Sorry guys
With Wolverine? He doesn’t need an assist to get frank to level 4, he can do it buy himself with shopping cart otg. If you are using cart to confirm it becomes trickier. If you’re talking about frank on point there are several. Chris’s boulder punch, Strange eye, Vergil, Haggar, it depends on what you’re looking for. Check the level up forums
I posted this in one of the other threads as well, but here is my current team of spidey/frank/dante. Spidey does an awesome job of leveling frank. I actually think he is one of the top frank levelers myself. here is a synergism vid i finished recently.<br>

Did anyone ever come up with a good zoning flow chart with Franks Object throw, Hammer throw and hammer swing to annoy your enemy. I want to make one but I want to see if any has already.
So I think I have decided:
Skrull (Tenderizer) / Frank (Cart) / Trish (Low Voltage). What do you all think?
Strider would be a really good anti-air for that team, replace Trish for him from time to time depending on the match up. You can also do some nasty set ups with Trish’s Round harvest super and hard tag into Skrull Cmd grab. It’s cheap but effective.
Can anchor Trish work?
Anchor Trish is fine, she can protect her own movement and go for really fast high/low, she can chip, and just her character archetype means she shuts down a lot of characters.
So I found some pretty awesome stuff with this team.
Trish > Frank: Aerial High Voltage into BLS to snapshot
Skrull > Trish: Meteor smash to inferno to round harvest (hard tag Frank and snapshot)
Skrull > Frank: Duh
Frank Forward Throw: Call Trish assist and do roundhouse H to pickup.
Trish Low Voltage covers rolls, zombie tosses, meteor smashes, and rolling hooks
THC works great with all three or Frank and Trish
This team is fun to play and has great stuff going for it.
Having a team order crisis. Should it be Phoenix Wright (Press the Witness)/Frank West (Shopping Cart)/Dante (Jam Session) or Phoenix Wright/Dante/Frank West?
I would put Frank 2nd until he lvls up to 4 or 5 then put him anchor( he’s good in this spot his only real weakness in it is heavy zoning but he can deal with light zoning at those lvl’s) then have Dante in 2nd. Just don’t forget to throw out some Zombies if your going to hard tag Dante in.
Been thinking of of Guard Break setups with Wright and West. Anyone think Paperwork Low L -> Maya Smelting -> immediate FFC could work? Unfortunately, my copy of the game is broken.
I’ve been trying to copy Apology man’s frank guard breaks with tenderizer assist but i’m not sure when exactly to call it. I mean i snap a guy back/kill a guy and then I’ve been getting the anti air super when they push block by doing jS, then calling tenderizer a very short bit after. This is pretty hard to confirm just by looking but oh well. what i don’t get is how to do the ones wwere instead of using super he does normal jump grab. anyone can give me pointers on this?
I think a lot of that was from the opponent advancing guarding. If you noticed a lot of the time they didn’t AG he let them fall and went for the instant overhead j.M. That’s what really impressed me, how easily that assist sets up Frank’s one decent high/low.<br>

Cape - this is a fun team. I already played Frank and Skrull so I decided to lab a bit with this team because you know your stuff. And well you know your stuff. It’s a fun team. How is the tech coming along?
Duke showed me some awesome stuff with Trish to Frank as well. You end with an air S and do QCB+AA as soon as you hit the ground and DHC as quick as possible to shopping cart. Trish should say “How…Frank”
