That’s the only type of move CN and Disney know.
That’s the only type of move CN and Disney know.
Really, REally.
Fuck your gay ass fucking shit.
Fuck you. How dare you do that, how dare you fucking solve that issue so retardedly.
Go to hell
Shame the Guarding couldn’t control it. she was so right
(Ah, so the cancellation is official. I thought voodazz was only posting something speculative in other thread.)
Shame, though like Saitsu, I can’t say that I’m surprised fortunately or unfortunately.
Anyway, with regards to today’s episode, I’m…honestly still not sure how to feel about it, for multiple reasons.
The show gets “props” for killing off an “organic” on-screen though. Rather brutally too if you think about it.
I don’t watch this show regularly but I saw today’s episode while waiting for Young Justice. I hate knowing the direction the episode was going to take the moment AI lady’s feeling were hurt.
Well, after this spring is over, CN goes back to being a worthless shit to me. The annoying thing is that this cuts things off before they could dig into the wealth of story potential on either show. The whole thing with what the main Justice League members were up to while they were away… the Light and all that stuff… none of it will be addressed with any decent amount of time since this season is it. At least on GL, today’s episode fast-fowarded through that whole Aya situation. I’m guessing the Sinestro situation won’t ever be realized either, with just this short amount of time left.
Well, there’s still Toonami, but that’s shows that have been seen before.
Whereas in YJ Megan ruins everything in GL Razer ruins everything.
Fucking awesome episode. Ties together so many of the threads that have permeated the show since its inception.
(Still undecided about how I ultimately “feel” about yesterday’s episode. Gee, emotions are useless. Who knew?
Oh right. Everyone.)
One thing I do still definitely find humorous, though, is that on a show with Jennifer Hale in it, her character simultaneously gets side-lined almost from the beginning and also turns “evil”…for like an episode, with her now being nowhere near as “evil” as Anti-Aya just turned. (Or should just call her Maya like Parasite Eve? Especially since it could be short-hand for Monitor-Aya?)
Speaking of which, someone obviously had five bars stocked. I guess that makes sense since she totally drained the (super) meter of a battery. Thanks for giving her the idea, Razer.
Yeah, it’s a shame, especially with Kekkaishi still on indefinite hiatus and bound to be in reruns for like a year if it ever comes back. Sigh.
They at least still have Clone Wars, which is weird to like since I’ve never really been big on Star Wars, and weekday show-wise, Adventure Time and Regular Show can be rather good. But, yeah, otherwise, they’ll have nothing now unless they’re planning on rushing out that new Batman show–or was that only rumored?–and then fucking that over too.
Next season of Star Wars should be on the Disney channel or one of their networks.
Great episode Saturday. Good, fun ep to break up the seriousness. Well-timed.
The YJ topic is getting love, but not this? This is by far the superior DC Nation show. They even made Larfleeze, of all characters, seem kinda-sorta not shitty.
I’ve had a hard time catching this show but it sounds like I’ve missed quite a bit since the last ep where Hal was getting the crap beaten out of him but still won the day. Josh Keaton has been Spidey AND Green Lantern. Not everyone can say that. Nor can everyone say they’ve been Slade AND Sinistro. Did I hear right? Ron Pearlman is Sinistro? That Andrea Romano is the best voice caster on this planet.

Does it matter? It’s going to be gone by the end as quick as YJ.

Sheeit, Ron Pearlman needs to be on a contract to always play villains in animated shows… give him an immortality super-serum so this can go on for the rest of time.

*I’m not even sure what could stop Monitor-Aya at this point… the existence of such a being threatens entire galaxies, and possibly the whole universe. Haha, I love how insanely powerful that is. Anyway, this show has definitely made me a fan, and I’ve never kept up with anything Green Lantern-related before. There is such a wealth of story material going on here, like the issue with Sinestro, or whether or not they could’ve gone into the whole “Hal goes seriously crazy at some point…” story that I’ve heard about in the comics…or the various other Lanterns, various factions, Hal’s life back on earth and how his “job” naturally gets in the way of that… the list goes on.

As stated before, it’s such a shame that this is it for this show (along with Young Justice)… there’s so much cool stuff they probably had loosely planned for future seasons, but it will never be realized…and Saturday mornings will return to being a barren wasteland (*except perhaps Nickelodeon, thanks to a new TMNT and new Power Rangers…and I haven’t even kept up with those lately) Thanks for going back to being irrelevant, CN… I’ll be able to just get some extra sleep on Saturday mornings, I suppose…that or play video games and look up more internet porn.
This is soooooo good! I normally prefer death to be permanent for characters, but a certain person coming back was AWESOME just now.

This line-up is so insanely awesome… before you’re even fully recovered and reflecting on the greatness of Green Lantern, Young Justice is immediately right after it. It may have been the greatest one-two punch in the history of Saturday morning television…and of fucking course, CN had no idea what to do with it.
aya’s origin story was pretty amazing

[details=Spoiler]so she is alive and not just a machine? and she’s made of the being that lives in the green battery?

i’m not super up on my GL back story, but isn’t that some kind of godly space fish?[/details]
What irks me more that when this show ends…WB may never release this on DVD/BD as a compete series.

I’m still waiting on a Brave and the Bold complete series set.

Once again: Young Justice has nothing on this show. Good lord.<div style=“font-weight: normal;”>

Also, the Guardians of Oa are the dumbest group in the history of comics. They fuck everything up. They don’t keep records. They don’t apologize for their fuckups. They belittle the Lanterns that un-fuckup their fuckups.

Remember the incompetent robot elders in Futurama? THAT’S THE GUARDIANS.

Of course it’s on again right now… yes, this is so good I have to watch the encore presentation. If only some other network could’ve had this show.

Anyway, Science Director is such serious business…way more intelligent AND more powerful… game-breaking shit, folks. In a tourney, she would be that banned character.
