To me it seemed like the pill makes your inner energy or whatever get maxxed out, but the main character is so amazing that instead of maxing out his inner energy it just gives him like 20% of his cap.
This is the MANga thread, so Sun Ken qualifies. I read some of it, but I wasn’t really feeling it. I made it to when the female cop talks about her past, and I was kinda done. I LIKE the manga and characters, but I’m just not interested in the universe. Also, that mangaka loves drawing brawny fucking hardass dudes. I loled when they went up to train in the mountains and the muscular dude was like “check out these fucking muscles!” and then the monk dude showed of some REAL muscles. I think BEWD would like it, since he really enjoys looking at muscular shirtless dudes.
I like his previous (cancelled) work with the space chef better. Yeah, it was more traditional, but I thought that it was more interesting on a chapter-to-chapter basis.
SKR is pretty cool, I actually did like the Casino arc, will just have to see where it goes though, and I’m curious just what’ll happen in Breaker now that Hyuk So-Chun has come back as well as Shioon getting a new type of medicine(though I’d prefer him just work out the ki issue indefinitely so we can move on)
Well I’m reading SKR now, and I’m enjoying it thoroughly. This dude is getting all the ass! (well he turns it down every time for the cop) I enjoy how each problem and arc they go thorough makes Ken a better boss. I’m in the real estate arc, the half vietnamese/korean guy came back with a crew… And another thing that makes SKR boss? Not only do they show great fights, hot bitches, and comic relief? They show off food! Yes, really delicious Korean cuisine! Makes me hungry just thinking about it…

AFAIK you have to download the raws if you want to see them. If you want to read them, then maybe sonikku has the translations on his blog, and if not, you have to check that french forum where some of them were posted.
