Hey BEWD, would still like to thank you. It was a treat to get those volumes off you. I was told about WFP awhile ago and asked to join them because I showed interest in Baki, but seeing this I’m glad I didn’t. I like Baki, but not enough to pay for what most of the community does for free. Good for them for trying to make money off of it, but when you come down to being petty, what’s the point? Gonna set an example for all the other WFP members here?.. actually not sure who else is a member. Manga Scanlation is serious business now.
What bothers me is how they stand. Like their shoulders are too close and they lean forward too much.
Pretty much whenever Baki in only in his shorts is a prime example. He’s leaning forward like he’s about to fall over. Only Yujiro seems to stand correctly.

I mean its Yuujirou but come on, from the weird standing postures, to the weird angles, to the “stilts” legs in some of the panels(what Rhio was talking about), so much of it has gotten so silly, not to mention, am I the only one completely bored with the baki/pickle fight now? so many wasted panels of talking, I would think I was reading a shonen. :bluu:
side note: I keep reading my notice, and I can’t help but think of The Sentinel, especially at :35

Nah, what happened was that was originally going to be a panel, but Yuujirou knocked him into a two-page spread. Of course it is going to look awkward.
And Baki v Pickle is pretty annoying, but Pickle as a whole has been annoying. It is a little more interesting since he got punched in the dick, but I’ve been annoyed with this arc ever since the government begged Yuujirou not to just end it waaaaaaaaay back at the start.

But yeah, this whole arc has been lame, I haven’t been excited about it since Yuujirou tossed Pickle on his ass. That’s the fight I wanted to see, not this charades bullshit.
So I recently got into this series, and this shit is TOO good! How did I miss out on this until now? I mean, I read ONE chapter before and thought it was good, but until recently, I never saw how good it really was. But shit, this Pickle arc is making me angry. It isn’t that bad, but I want it to finish quickly. I don’t know, if it is just me, then forget it.

Indeed. Pickle needs to die already. Yujiro should just walk in during Baki vs Pickle and just kill Pickle.

as I loved the two series I saw, I wonder what happens to the dad as in the anime he beats that Urien looking character underground who likes to bite peeps while taking drugs
I have a feeling that Yujiro is going to come in and kill Pickle after the fight cuz, you know, he’s Yujiro. 
lol, didn’t read that. My bad. But yeah, I can’t wait for that Yuujiro versus Baki fight. I wonder how long it will take before we get to see it. I mean, the last chapter in the previous series left me thinking it would be like… a few chapters of Baki training, and then into some godly fight between them.
And I want what Weecho said to be true, that would be really interesting.

edit: From what I can tell from Ritualscanforge, all the retsu panels that have been in the past chapter is Retsu telling the outcome of Baki vs Pickle to kaku Kaioh, so chronologically baki vs pickle has already ended. Pickle is literally taking his final assault now, having weathered all of baki’s attacks and being symbolically scarred, so their battle should be over soon, but who knows with Itagaki.(Kinda funny how Pickle forgot his speed he used to kill Dinosaurs and beat Jack in this fight. maybe next chapter since he really has no moves left)
