Clearly the gist of Baki Dou so far is that Baki and the other underground fighters have become extremely bored, especially Baki who doesnāt have any competition(cept for Yuujirou still). Unbeknownst to him Tokugawa and some scientists have just resurrected Miyamoto Musashi(at his prime no less, lol Itagaki). So it looks like the series is setting up Musashi as an opponent aside from Yuujirou that could challenge Baki.(hell they already went back to prehistoric times, why not Japanās more recent history?

OK, so Baki-Douās been out for a bit. And Bakiā¦is bored. Really bored. He should just fight Yujiro and get turned into a human nunchaku again. Iām still bitter over Son of Ogreās ending, but I need to get over that lol. Iām hoping this new series will up the ante, or at the very least, the fights need to be as nuts as the Prisoner arc because that shit was wild.

Yujirou really only had two people you can say was around his equal and it was the old chinese grandkai and Baki. Both he thoroughly beat with Baki only being a draw because Yujirou was being a happy father or some shit.
Since Baki is essentially considered the Strongest on earth with his pops no one will be able to give him a good fight unless its the Grandkai or Yujirou.
It was pretty much bullshit lol, but basically, because Yujiroās soup illusion was unable to trick Baki, Yujiro declared Baki to be stronger than him, but Baki said that Yujiro was stronger due to Yujiro whupping him for the majority of the fight and making him pass out (at least thatās how I remember the actual fight anyway). It was a convenient way for Yujiro to not have to lose physically, but for Baki to actually make some gains against him, since Yujiroās been bodying him for yonks. Though Iād figure even getting to hurt Yujiro (and blast him in the crotch) would be massive progress for Baki. And for all my whining, if Baki had physically beaten Yujiro, Iād have been even more pissed.
And yeah Joshkaz, thatās whatās getting me wondering. Who exactly can they unearth to challenge Baki? I mean, we had cavemen the last time. Whatās next?
Heard Baki-dou is bringing is Miyamoto Musashi from the dead to challenge the fighters or some shit.
But if I Caveman who tackled T-rexās for funsies go bodied in a contest of strength by what appeared to be a Barely trying Yujirou. Then I really doubt heāll bring in the fun unless Musashi was Yujirou/Bakiās Ancestor.
