Is it just me or is the driving rediculously hard to control? Is there any sort of driving skill etc?
The game’s awesome, can’t wait to pick mine up tomorrow. Went to GAME this morning with my mate and they litterally had hundreds of copies for both PS3 and 360. They have a big glass cabinet behind the counter which is usually full of all sorts of games, except today it was dedicated solely to GTA4 pre-orders. There was even more in the back too…
So, did everyone get a bonus disc with the 360 version containing 1 month Live and 500 free microsoft points? That’s obviously so you can buy the first update in fall…

first impressions…
wish the graphics were better. expected a lil more but its only the beginning so we will see…
driving is hard as hell. i dunno how to fight good either and i don’t have any weapons right now…
getting away from the police is OD hard.
I switched my controls to classic. The other standard set felt ackward as hell, also I wish he wouldn’t push people. Just fuckem’ up lol 8p
i was never a huge fan of the GTA series…
But this game has been holding my attention…
Got the 360 version.
What…THE…FUCK! My freaking copy is locking up…why do I always have the shittiest luck? Twice already. sigh

Mine locked up when some coke fiend gave me a bill. While my system decides to do an auto reset while my brother was loading it up.
I expected a lot less loading on startup, fuck seeing 2 Rockstar intros and 6-8 pictures.
PS3 friendlist needs some cut&paste or something half as good as XBL lol.
Mine did that once already. When I tried accessing the multiplayer right in the beginning of the game.
Is there a certain point that you have to reach before you can access multiplayer?
i’ll be honest. i don’t see how this game got a 10/10.
first impressions:
-graphics leave more to be desired.
-the rap station needs more tracks.
-the driving. i don’t give a shit about your gt5 skills, i don’t want a driving simulator in this type of game. maybe thats just me though.
-the fighting is hard as hell in this game.
-subtitles are a must. i cannot understand wtf niko and roman are saying.
-cops are OD hard to get away from. it’ll be better when i learn how to actually drive straight, break, etc.
-fk are the prostitutes at??
-why is manhattan a ghost town???//
in summary, this is not a 10/10 game. no way. the graphics alone take a point or two off that score. its still a nice game and i still have way more to uncover.
