What do you guys think will happen with the tsujinrai demon is SSF4? Since HK will have 1 more startup frame, would this become a bit easier to pull off?
It would become slightly easier but the hardest part of executing the Tsujinrai Demon is getting the plink out consistently.

With the new S.RH at 8 frames, this technique no longer gimmicky.
With an hour of practice in training, and a day of endless battle, I can now succeed 95 % of the time.
There’s now enough start up for you to press jab+ round house a second time. You should still p link a strong in between to increase consistency.
so the input should be
jab + roundhouse~strong~jab + roundhouse+forward,short + fierce.
Yes you must press forward before the short + heavy punch for this to work.
