Different strokes for different folks! I plink LP~MP~HP because if LP and MP hit at the same time by accident I still get the two jabs, due to the fierce plinking. Also, karaing LP to LK is a weird motion, no thanks.
Can somebody tell me how to do this? The input. I don’t understand this jab, short, roundhouse nonsense. Can somebody tell me what the hell they are?

LP LP F+LK+HP (which would be his ultra shungoku satsu and you can press forward + light kick + heavy punch all at the same time)
HKe~LP~MP (almost at the same time)
Then quickly
->+LK+HP
The idea of HKe~LP~MP is press HK+LP but the kick is activated first… then, when you press the MP the game think that you press the tree buttons at the same time HK+LP+MP.
Sooooooo… you press HKe~LP~MP ->+LK+HP but the inputs in game are (in training mode):
->LK+HP
->
LP+HK+MP
LP+HK

Well, I think I’ve found an easier way to do it, but I can’t get it to be quite as good as some the videos I’ve seen.
This is what I input:
==> LP + MP ~ <== LK + HP
It also seems to come out easier if I hit 3P with the 2nd command, but it’s placed awkwardly on my joystick, so I stick with just LK + HP. Still don’t have it perfected, but it’s the easiest and most garanteed way of busting it out reasonably on demand for me.
At worse, all that seems to come out is a quick jab that cancels into the RD. When I nail the timing, you see nothing but the RD come out from a standing position (Akuma barely twitches before) though I’ve only been able to do that a handfull of times so far.
Fuck man, this is frustrating

so I guess I can’t stay far from Akuma because I’ll eat fireballs, and if I get too close or he can toss out a free super

It looks like he was in block stun, so he buffered it and it came out fastest input and beat Ryus poke. The easiest way I do this is:
Forward+LP+MP, LP+MP, Back+LK+HP
And you can do it pretty fast. The reason I do that is because to punish someone really close to you without poking them first while doing ultra input. The forward +LP+MP makes akumas chop come out, but when you put in the last two commands it cancels the chop before it hits into ultra.

Keep in mind that this input isn’t the tsujinrai demon, which is what this thread is dedicated to. The tsujinrai demon is kara-ing from s.hk into sRD (it’s not guaranteed at close range for the uRD – only for the sRD).
The benefit of the tsujinrai demon is the added range – Akuma ‘jumps’ forward like half a step before unleashing the RD with this input, much like Ken’s f.mk kara-throw.
And while it’s a guaranteed hit, damage-wise I find myself using EX bars more for FADCs, and air-hado’s.
Oh I know its not the tsujinrai demon, I was only answering in regard to juicy’s question about the video.
