I’m so down for Borderlands 2. After FR, I want it and SSX to pretty much be the only games I play when I play games besides dabbling in a few select fgs casually. First game was so sick. Props to Adrian for his haphazard way of referring it to me. “Get it if you want I guess. You can shoot stuff…” Co-op’ed it offline splitscreen but couldn’t finish before my fatty yellow lighted. Then got the game back and was co-oping it online, but something took me away from it and could never recover. I used Roland (Soldier) because he was a nigga and for turrets.
I’d be interested in getting Borderlands 1 back if anybody is interested in co-oping it with me. And prob just because I bet online is still active anyway with people just collecting loot. I bought GOTY edition twice and never did any of the DLC because I suck. But yea, this game is the only “rpg” I’ll play lol.
P.S. Adrian don’t get it for PC. Chris Brown will never love you enough to give up his training mode regimen (mashing st. hk with his eyes closed for 4 hours every night). If this is about me not playing DC Universe with you and Sev, I’m sorry. I can change! Also, “Zero”? Dude was cool until I saw his name. I may use the Orel character in this one.
I would play co-op with you mike any day, but you don’t have the 360 or pc versions

Yeah Adrian and I are still salty about that. I was so pissed I stopped playing too it was terrible.

@ Rich: I got a laptop tho. We could play Little Fighter.
@ Sev: I only touched new SSX demo for 20 mins Tuesday night. Seems like a friendlier easymode(such is all new games), but I like. Past ones 1-3, especially 3, were godlike. Then OT was meh and Blur was wtf. If you don’t really like OG Tony Hawks, trick combos, racing, and extreme sports in general, then you prob wouldn’t see the appeal unless you just wanted something really fun. I like the creativity and adrenaline rush though so I’m hooked.
But I suggest giving the demo a run.
You have to start sidestepping and blocking more. If Flymike to much pressure for you then Final Round will be hell for you. That’s the big league aka OGs in that game. Hope you step your game up.

Mike, one of the greates american tragedies is that we cannot game onlin together. It’s not expensive to build a nice computer or even get a laptop that can run it.

Days off don’t exist. I take 'em when I can. It’s usually Sunday. Couldn’t do that this Sunday due to a schedule conflict, and I couldn’t take Tuesday cause I was in Alabama helping another store out. So I took Thursday. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays I will be working 90% of the time. Saturdays I have to request.

This brings a question to mind, to our seasoned tourney players here, and when I say this, those that have been in the competitive game for a minute. Looking at ShinBlade, Bishop, Majin, and of course Dream:
How do you approach learning new characters? I’ve noticed that so many of you, especially Marcus and Bishop, can pick up new characters, even entire teams, and be proficient with them incredibly quickly. So, I’m wanting to pick your brains, maybe even adopt some of your techniques myself to put into practice.
So they just did a bunch of Juri’s SFxT trials on Cross Assault. She looks fantastic in that game, like she finally works the way I’ve always wished she worked. The downside is I probably won’t be the only person on earth who mains her anymore.
Thanks for the advice. Yeh i do need to do that stuff. I need to learn all the strings for other characters so i can know when i can punish. But I am less throw happy now and just trying to grab when they’re least expecting it
doesn’t look like i’ll be going to FR. mom had surgery on her foot last week. I thought she would have recovered by now but. Between staying around with her and taking care of other business on my rare off days, I just won’t have time to go out of town next week… in the event of a change I will let ya’ll know. Who’s going anyway in case I do get free at the last minute?
