Gold Lightan is too good: a video by me.
On a more serious note though, I think that knowing what cancels into what to avoid ending lag on his moves is probably the most important thing about playing gold lightan effectively, so here’s a little chart off the top of my head. (For the record anything that empty cancels will also cancel on hit.) Also, a cancel does not imply a combo, for example, a 5c xx 3c will not cancel (although a 5c bbq 3c will), this is intended to help with pressure strings more than anything else.
5a:
on hit: 5a,2a,5b,4b,2b,6b,5c,2c,3c
empty: all specials, supers
2a:
on hit:2a,5b,4b,2b,6b,5c,2c,3c

5b:
on hit:4b,2b,6b,5c,2c,3c
empty: all specials, supers
4b:
NOTHING, use this only as a finisher on combos, as it does large amounts of damage but inability to cancel makes it unsafe
